+ -1 moreThey called me to schedule me for that week. I was very excited and thought they seemed very reasonable on the phone. I set up a 8:30 appointment with them and made sure the dog was at daycare so they could come and clean. I texted them at 8am to confirm but no reply. They never showed so I called at 9 to see if they were lost. The phone was turned off. At 12 I figured they would have turned on their phone and would maybe answer. The phone rang and went to voicemail. I left a message seeing what happened and never got a call back. I went out of my way to make sure things would go smoothly with them and they were very unprofessional and actually cost me money.
