Helping Hands is a dependable and friendly lawn service. Brian is punctual and does quality work. He visits to get an idea of the scope of the job and gives an estimate. This is the second time I've used Helping Hands and would not hesitate to use them again.

Not well. I called to get an appointment to look at my yard. He said to text him which we did and that he would come out and take a look. I sent the text message and never heard back from him.

I am an avid gardener, but broke my ankle 1 yr ago. Helping Hands not only took care of my basic needs, but went above and beyond. I am back on my feet doing a lot , but I still rely on them for many tasks... they are friendly, timely, fairly priced and will always help out for a task I cannot handle on my own. They have truly been a God Send, would recommend them to anyone I know!

We were very impressed with the service received. Brian called back within a couple hours of my voicemail. He came out that same day and gave us a quote. We were lucky that he had an opening the following morning to perform the work. Brian and Dave worked about three hours to clean all the leaves from our roof and all the gutters, and around the pool cage. They even washed out all the gutters to make sure everything was clean. He took pictures before and after and went over everything with us afterwards. They did an excellent job - we would highly recommend them for your leaf removal. They cleaned up everything and took the leaves with them.

I used them once. They came and did the one thing for me that I needed to have done very quickly. I was very happy with the work. The guy was very courteous and very nice. My current landscaper could not do it for me because he didn't have the expertise, so I needed to call someone in a hurry and Helping Hands was very happy to come out that same evening and they did the work for me and I was very pleased. I paid him what I felt the emergency work that he did was worth to me and it was well over what he normally would have charged because he was only out for a couple of hours, but I needed it done and I was very happy that he responded. He was very nice. I'm sure he mentioned pricing before he came over and I probably didn't find it objectionable, so I would assume it was probably customary for the type of work he was doing. He did exactly what I wanted and it was perfect. I would absolutely use him again. I'm thinking about calling him in the near future. The owner of the company was the one who came out. He arrived at 4:00 in the afternoon and he was gone by 6:00. The area was perfect when he left. This was my first time using them.

It went great! Brian and his partner showed up when expected and did a quality job and cleaned up everything before they left. Very happy and would hire again. Highly recommend!

Brian was quick to respond and gave us a very reasonable quote. I couldn't be happier with the service performed. So much so that we hired him to maintain our lawn on a regular basis.

Brian and his team solved two problems for me: lawn care and landscaping. Before using Helping Hands Services, I hired an individual who was unreliable, followed by a lawn care company who was too expensive and untrustworthy. Also, I previously had thousands of dollars in landscaping done from a different company, only to find out that it was a disaster only a few months later. After feeling quite depressed about my yard and how it looked, I went on Angie's List and contacted Brian at Helping Hands Services of Tampa Bay. Brian is trustworthy, honest, fairly-priced, reliable and a great person. He was able to completely revamp my landscaping and make everything look AWESOME! I am including one photo of just a small part of the landscaping they've done for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for lawn care or landscaping services.

Brian and Dave showed up a day after I contacted them to come look at my yard and quote me a price. I am a new home owner so I needed a little help on the best way to tackle the yard, and Brian was able to give me some advice as well as take on the work asap. He came back the next day since the yard needed to be serviced ASAP. He and Dave spent the entire day cleaning up the yard, landscaping and mowing my yard, for an extremely reasonable price. I have hired them to do my monthly landscaping and mow. I would recommend to anyone!

Brian and Dave did an excellent job. They spent the day hand pulling many, many weeds, removing a mature bougainvillea, as well as another landscape bush and trimming out of control vines and trimming. As I am very particular, Brian consulted me at each turn to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted the end result to look like. He planted some new rose bushes, transplanted one existing and offered advise on trimming back dead branches. Brian picked up the required mulch, delivered the bags and spread it. The yard is totally transformed and looks beautiful. I'm so pleased with the end result and the effort put forth to do the job to my specifications.

Awesome. Brian and his team came on the appointed day and did an amazing job. They even cut the back yard grass and cleaned up the driveway. They were extremely friendly and worked really **** ** the hot humid day. We were so impressed we hired Brian and his team to do additional work to our gutters, and to do monthly maintenance in the yard.

Brian is very conscientious and does quality work. He mowed, weed-whacked and edged my lawn and took care around my many flower and garden areas. I paid extra to have the leaves rakes and removed in my front area and, as my neighbor commented, not a leaf was left behind! I have hired him for the season and so far he has done a great job, always coming as promised, doesn't rush through, and he is very responsive to any questions I may have whether in person or by phone/text. I definitely recommend this company for your lawn care needs. (This review is for my sister's house for which we used my Angie's List to find the provider. )

We paid $600.00 dollars to have our grass cut, clear the brush, haul branches, and general cleaning/brush cutting. The provider arrived around 10ish on the date established 5/24/16. We conducted a walk around, pointing out the areas and jobs. On/or about 6pm the same day, we conducted a walk around to inspect the work. An area that had originally been identified for cutting, was not cut/trimmed. The provider's commented to the affect that there would be additional charges to trim the area in question. We asked if he could pick up and haul leafs from an area about 5x6 (We could not do it due to our physical limitation) The provider refused to pick up the leafs. We had to pay someone else to do it. We asked for a couple of knee high palms to be trimmed, but the provider did not do it. However, the provider asked to leave his equipment in our property overnight, and we allowed him to store it with no charges. But he could not pick up the leafs or trim the palm. If we had to do it over, we would take pictures of jobs and have provider sign each picture to insure there is no misunderstanding.

For the initial consultation, Brian came out and we did a walk through of my entire lawn to determine what type of work will be performed. Once discussed, Brian provided a reasonable quote, but I had to discussed it with my husband before we decide to move forward with the routine maintenance. We've accepted Brian's offer that evening. The same week, Brian and David came out and totally cleaned up our lawn (both front and back). They did it all from mowing, to edging, trimming bushes, blowing and raking up all the leaves and pollen and bagging it, and even took all the debris that was stored in our backyard. They both did a great job and I can't ask to have a better team service my lawn. They were prompt, courteous, and very friendly. The service we choose with them was a routine bi-weekly lawn maintenance program, in which we pay on a monthly basis.

Brian is extremely responsive, he got back to me within hours of my request for service and did the job within a few days. Very friendly, thorough, will use again. Two of my neighbors actually asked him about doing work for them, the job was done exactly the way I wanted.

Brian was great. He was professional, he showed up on time, he did exactly what he said he would do. I will definitely be calling him again if I need similar services. Brian's falls within the 20% of businesses that provide good customer service. The other 80% are worthless. When you find the 20%, you stick with them. Thanks Brian.

My side yard was a mess.... overgrown and basketball court was a mess as well.....overgrown and slab was full of dirt and grass all over it....unplayable......Brian and Dave are the best......they cleared and cleaned everything out beautifully....took all yard trash to the dump....pressure washed court...it looks awesome. .....very reasonable price...Brian is a wonderful Christian mam and a hard worker. ....so is Dave....they will be back next month to do more for us ! Highly recommend !!

I contacted Brian to do a large yard cleaning project at my home, he and his crew do amazing work!! He cleaned all of my flower beds, hauled off several truck loads off debris. they also cleaned along the water front shore line. I had let the property go for several years and it was a disaster. i would recommend his company to anyone.

I called Brian because I unexpectedly needed my yard cleaned up at the last minute. Not only did he squeeze me into his schedule, but he did incredible work. I only asked him for a simple mow and weedwhack. He did those services, but also noticed dirt in my sidewalk that he then shoveled up (enough to fill two garbage cans!), hauled away, and edged all edges of my lawn. It looked better than it had in months. He even texted me photos of the finished results! I expected an exorbitant fee for these unexpected services, but he is priced very well. Great work, flexible scheduling, fair pricing...I would definitely use Brian again!

Our landscaping was in need of help, and we were on a short timeline. Brian kindly squeezed us into his schedule. He made our yard look beautiful, and his price was reasonable.

Provider said he was expensive and he is, but he does very good detail work and does what he says he is going to do. Would advise everyone to use Angie's list and not craigslist or just any handyman. Got ripped off twice using people who were referred by others to mow & paint my other property. I was not there to oversee. I asked for pictures to be sent to me before I send payment. Also I check to make sure they don't send the same pictures over and over and not do the work. Mr. Bouchard provided plenty of pictures before and after his work.

Brian was prompt, professional and did everything possible to ensure my yard looked like new. I have used several providers in the past with good results, however there is no question that this is the hardest someone has ever worked to deliver superior quality results. Brian exceeded my expectations and was very caring and thoughtful. He sets realistic expectations and works very hard at making his client happy. Its very difficult to find providers like this. I will be using him for my ongoing landscaping needs.

Brian help me also haul away some old trash that I simply did not have time to go to the dump and dispose of it. Paid a little extra to get this done but he was very helpful in taking care of this for us. Now my house looks so much nicer, cleaner and will be a lot easier to maintain.

Not only did he cut down the overgrowth, he hauled every bit of it away. A big plus since my trash guys would not have taken so much of the cuttings.
