It was good work, but there was a problem with the Billing. It was cleared up by the company after a few calls. But help from you was so poor and no help. Could only chat on line and not with a person on phone. Found out the only to do that is to pay for it. That really sucks and got bad info from person on line. We love using this site services and have on many things, but to have to pay to talk to a person on phone is really BS.

I explained my problem to someone who was akin to a "dispatcher". He asked me for details about the laptop, the version of Windows I was using, etc. and then connected me with the person he assigned to help me remotely. The whole process, which I could watch on my laptop, took about 20 mins. and we were able to communicate by chat. My laptop did indeed run better, so I was happy with that. The only downside (small one) is that I wished I could have actually spoken with the person helping me as I had numerous questions. But for $35, I got what I needed which was a simple tune-up. I'd use them again but let's hope I won't have to for awhile!

The work went very well. The employee was skilled and performed as expected.

The repair service was lengthy but well worth it. They kept me updated throughout.

Took a long time to get an appointment going and many contacts, some confusion. Once the tech and I connected I received very thorough and efficient service. After only one contact, I am impressed and hope that throughout my annual subscription I will continue to receive the same quality service.

Services never completed. I did not receive any calls from them for paid services.

I did not get a computer tune-up. In fact, the computer was left inoperable and I had to take it to a repair shop.When I asked about the $35 paid through Angie's List, I was told to pursue a refund.

Great. Courteous, professional, tidy.

Great. Customer Rep spent time with me until the virus scan was completed then he installed a new virus removal program.

The appointment was made quickly. I only had to wait 5 days. The gentleman arrived right on time. I was impressed that he removed his shoes before entering the house. He insisted on doing this, even though I told him it was not necessary. He measured the distance between the door and wall and ensured that it was even. He was neat and cleaned up everything in the room after his work. He was pleasant and did not leave until the project was done to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, the down side was that I quickly received a bill for $258. I had had a difficult time when I booked the appointment because they did not have my payment registered. I had my receipt and suddenly they found it. But the invoice after the fact was still $258.00, having not deducted the payment of $129.00. I received an invoice this morning which had been corrected but the invoice also indicated that my payment had been refused. I was angry and insulted because I have an excellent credit rating. When I called, the representative suddenly found that it had indeed been paid two hours before I got out of bed this morning. I still disagree with the additional $89 installation charge. I expected to pay for the needed materials for hanging, but I thought the advertisement for $129 was the installation price. Basically, the company accepted the advertised price of $129 but still added the difference which I wound up paying. The service was excellent; the billing department and customer service failed.

No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest.

Once I was connected with Francis E., he took over control of my computer and performed a tuneup and virus removal. It was very easy and made a great improvement.

It went as well as I had hoped. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job.

Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed.

I planned my day around the appointment. A technician never showed. I contacted the vendor and was on the phone for 15 minutes in and endless non-responsive loop. He said they were still trying to locate a technician. Overpromise - underdeliver! Poor communication.

1st tech never showed up. 2nd tech was very polite and punctual but had only installed 1 other TV wall mount (his own). He was watching youtube videos on "how to install a TV wall mount" while doing my work. He asked if I had tools. Wasn't able to complete the installation so I completed it myself. Will not use Hellotech ever again and will not recommend them to anyone, ever.

Great, once I finally got to a technician

Did not get off the ground. The airplane was grounded. Also the company had a hard time verifying my account. They finally did.

The technician was very skilled and took a short time.

I placed an order for service and long story short my laptop was running like it was new again within hours of placing my order. The technician chatted with me as he remotely worked on my computer. He also established phone contact with me to address concerns I had. I did not have to be present while the cleanup and scanning was occurring, however, I had my laptop open while the service was being rendered.

It didn't. I attempted to contact the service for about a week and finally received an email to call back. I called back and sat on the phone for over 15 minutes with the technician off and on the phone, put on hold, then transferred to Logmein123.com to do a remote service. I sat at my computer with a chat box and noone ever answered or performed any remote service. This is not what I expected.

Great. The gentleman was professional, friendly, and worked neatly. He had all the tools required to do the jobs. He listened to my concerns and gave me options. Communication is important and he did that well.
