Description of Work: My laptop was running extremely slow and then would just freeze for no apparent reason. They logged in remotely (I had to be sitting there to give them permission) and then they did a complete check up. They scanned the whole computer for viruses and removed programs that were running the background that I had never used and never intended to use. I left the house while they did the work. They did get knocked completely off (internet) and when I returned home, they had to get my permission to remote in so they could finish the process. The whole thing took maybe a few hours and I was up and running smoothly and no more issues after they finished. I highly recommend this service. Very easy to set up and very easy to work with these people.

Description of Work: First time they hooked up my new flat screen and got my MacBook back with WIFI. The second time was for my MacBook again, no internet connectivity. I ordered restore disks for my MacBook and the third time was a charm. Now understand this, I purchased the Gold membership. There are 3 types available.
