it didn't. as i explained in TWO emails to hellotech, i am Deaf, and so we would have to communicate by email. usually i can use a relay service, but it's on the computer, so i cannot use it reliably, and obviously, not when the computer is being worked on. no response. waited 3 weeks, sent a second email. also no response, weeks later. it was thru angle's list, so i know it went thru, and i know it wasn't case of it going to my junk email list. he just....ignored it. well, dude, that was a test, and you failed it completely. can't work with someone who doesn't communicate, at all. over, done, out.

Reinstalled windows and recovered all files.

The tech did not come prepared for my needs - he indicated he believed the service request was for something different - which I blame the company for. It was communicated via messaging through Angie's list very specifically, as well as the customer service representative who booked the appointment. What a waste of time and money. Now I'm left spending more money to have the issue resolved with another company. I should have went with my first mind not to deal with a National company.

Submitted my request through Angies List and it took 2 days for any response. They only responded because I asked if anyone was going to contact me. When I did finally speak to them they had nothing from Angies List regarding my request. They told me I was supposed to have a order # but I only have a coupon code which they didn't know anything about.They sounded as if I was supposed to contact them as opposed to them contacting me after they received my request through Angies Kist. Figured if they couldn't do this part right I probably don't want them to handle my project.

Professionally done. Special requests were also taken cared of.

Great. Joe Zimmerman of AAA Computers showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and even supplied a power cord which was missing from the box the movers had packed the computers in. He went out of his way to make sure things were working correctly and gave me a tutorial on fixing issues by myself were additional problems to crop up.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, but their solution was too pricey.

The service was great... 35.00 dollars was well spent!!!

I expected the wires to be hid in the wall. This was not part of the deal. Also, the bracket was not centered on the wall.

It didn’t happen because the tech was too incompetent. What should have taken 2 hits took 13 hours!!!! Then it was completely wrong. The TV was hung about a foot from the ceiling! We asked that it be removed. We paid and got nothing.

Two Hello Tech employees spent three sessions between them on my laptop and deleted 30 plus files. The laptop is better, but not totally fixed. Past experience indicated the drive needs to be wiped clean and reloaded. I understand Hello Tech does not provide this service.

I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. They were very prompt, diagnosed the issues with my computer, then gave me options on how it could be repaired and modified to accommodate my needs, along with price quotes for each option. Very professional, we worked out a plan that fixed every issue that I had. I am more than happy with my "new" laptop and I would most definitely hire them again!

The deal on Angie's list stated that wires would be "dressed." To me this means that the wires would be covered. There were wires sticking out all over and was extremely unsightly. I had to pay an additional fee to "dress the wires." When that was completed, it looked much much better. Unfortunately, the pictures below show how it looks now. Some wires are still exposed and the paint was chipped.

It took about 1 hour total and the printer works great. They did it all remotely. I suggest getting the service plan they offer. There service is fast and reliable.

The technician knew what he was **** and did a professional job of hiding the cords and mounting the TV.

The gentleman who was assigned the task called and asked additional questions. He wanted to know the make of the the component, He checked out all the possible problems before diagnosing the problem.
