You will be speaking to many different people. I believe I spoke to a total of five different persons. The workers were nice and professional. We did have a scheduling problem. But a customer service representative took care of the situation and discounted my final bill to compensate for their scheduling mistake.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job fixing our side patio that cracked and was uneven. Andrew came out to do the initial evaluation and was very through and explained everything to us. The office kept in contact with us and gave us updates right up to the day before the scheduled appointment. This is an outstanding company whose employees are a great reflection of the quality they provide. Big or small job donâ  t choose anyone else.

Happy with finished job. Workers removed and replaced section of concrete and raised driveway to make it flush. Showed up when they said they would. Also, very polite an knowledgeable about their work.

Everyone was very professional and explained everything that theyâ  re going to do and they left. No trace. Very happy with their work.

Helicon delivered substantially less than promised by their salesman. The work was performed as a partial days work once a week over a 4 week period. My written issues did not motivate Helicon management to resolve them. The last day Bryan and the crew worked hard to make amends, but did not have Helicon authorization to seal the cracks in the driveway as was promised by the salesman.

Did not initially meet my expectations. They were very concerned about that and went out of their way to make it better. Very satisfied with their customer service, especially by Bryan who came out to ensure that I was fully satisfied. Bryan did some work personally to make the job complete to my satisfaction. Good company who stands by their work!

Crew was right on time to start. Took the time to explain everything that would be done and what results to expect. Job completed in 5 hours and you could not tell they were ever here. Few companies operate at their level and my initial thought is that whatever this crew is paid, it is not enough. Based on this experience, I could highly recommend them.

All employees were very knowledgeable and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
