Our home was built in 2016 and the driveway had formed deep cracks on one side due to erosion. Alvin and the 2 Jason's who performed the work we're phenomenal! They explained the whole process of the work they were going to do and had no issues with us watching and asking questions. They did explain with the way the driveway had settled that the worse crack wouldn't completely close. Since the work was completed there hasn't been any sand on the bottom of our driveway. We're happy with the results and can't say enough about the crew who worked so hard to complete it! Thank you, Helicon!

Everyone was very polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing. This project was two-fold: raise a sidewalk up to flush with a seawall cap and also to stabilize soil behind the seawall. Soil had subsided due to erosion through seawall seas. Helicon injected their material to fill voids behind the seawall and installed new, filtered, seep holes. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

I wish it were better, I had two big voids under my home from previous years of rainy seasons and they only partially filled them. I had them come back to check their work due to unfinished areas/voids where I know water will penetrate and cause problems down the road, they only covered the areas with dirt. I had to go to Lowes/Home Depot and learn how to mix and pour cement. I spent all day Saturday digging around and exposing the areas still needing to be filled so I could fill them to prevent any future damage. And not to mention they left with my good rake and I had to purchase a cheaper one for the time being, because I was already spending so much money for all the things I needed to do the job myself...... I guess at least most of it was done before I had to step in and finish it correctly...

I was a little skeptical at first but they came on time and got right to work and worked steady for 3 days until they finished and cleaned up the area. I liked the crew they were very friendly and did their best to try and answer my questions but I don't speak Spanish. I feel their lead team man should speak English. I had some issues with soil erosion a couple of weeks after the work was done and John Steinhour came out filled in the spots and raked it out for me. thanks again John

Fantastic company! Everyone I have had contact with was very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable of Florida soil as they are one of only three companies in FL licensed to repair sink holes. Was told probably wouldn't be able to do job done until December but they were able to do it in October. The cost was less than the quote of the other company Home Advisor recommended.
