If you are looking for a good customer service and reliable, this is the company to call and make sure you have 'Oscar' take care of you. I have dealt with many of them in Tampa Bay area and found this company is less greedy, honest and excellent customer service. Beleive me you will be happy with this company.

I bought a coupon for there and I had a good experience with them . There were great and real nice.

Carlos is very prompt professional, he gets things done as planned. Initially had problems with service man/technicians installing handler. Carlos right away took care of it by sending Frank, servicemen who is very knowledgeable and detailed with his work. They redid the handler Plenum attachment to fix leaks. I do recommend this company for these type of services.

Professional, Good price, Install went mostly smooth. The original drain line began to leak but They responded quickly and took care of the issue right away. Carlos and his crew are Good People

The owner gave me education on my system, the homes needs for upgrades to help the next years of life and explained it all in language i as an older female homeowner could understand. The owner was friendly and personable and easy to do business with..he was around throughout every step of the job getting done.. The unit was installed quickly and efficiently in one day..thats really appreciated in Florida..lol..The worker crew was polite and on task and cleaned up thier mess.

My experience with Heaven's Breeze Air Conditioning was exceptional from beginning to end. Heaven's Breeze A/C responded quickly to my call for help, surveyed the situatuion, took time to show and explain the reasons & details of my old system's demise and present several options without pressure. All pricing was very competitive. The hardworking father & son installation team was extremely competent, detail oriented and neat. I would recommend Heaven's Breeze Air Conditioning to anyone in need of repair, upgrade or as in my case a total replacement.

We were really pleased with the service and professionalism of both Carlos, the company owner, and his team that did the install. Unfortunately it was one of our days when we had heavy showers, regardless of the weather the guys battled thru and got the job done. Carlos explained before hand exactly what would happen, and checked on progress. County has been and signed off on the work, inspector also told us it was a "good install" we could not be happier with choosing Heaven's Breeze.

I was very happy with the initial consultation. Heaven's Breeze took time to explain everything to me and set the right expectations. They showed up on time, took pains to make sure they did not make a mess in the house (it was raining hard) and completed all work at a fair price. Very happy with my experience with them.

Outstanding in every respect. The unit installed was slightly better than competitor offers and at a slightly lower price than competitor offers. Every single person working for this company was clean, polite, considerate, and professional. The unit was installed promptly and required no effort or fuss from me. The unit passed county inspection for permit easily. I am very pleased with the whole experience and I highly recommend them.

They did a really good job. They were also very quick. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are also very competitive. They went out of their way to get the A.C unit I needed the next day to have it installed.

Carlos came out initially for a service call because another company was extremely unprofessional and did not fix the issue after two visits. Carlos came in and immediately spotted why my old unit wasn't working and fixed that issue. He gave me a quote for a new unit but never used sales pressure tactics. He not only didn't charge me for the service call but gave me a really good price for a new unit. He even checked in the next day to make sure my old unit was working ok. Install of the new unit was very fast and the guys were professional.

Carlos does not try to over or up sell, and the install crew is excellent.. My experience was a fair and honest analysis of what I actually needed. Amazingly quick service for new AC install. Good attention to detail. Very communicative.

Oscar showed up on a Friday for an estimate and had our a/c completely installed by the next afternoon. Oscar's guys showed up on time and got right to work. Later, when an issue arose that was due to the way the house was built and not Oscar's work, he made multiple trips back on short notice to overcome this design flaw in our house. They did exactly what they said would, and we are very happy with their service. And our a/c works great!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS! After receiving 5 bids and reviewing each of the air conditioning systems suggested we chose Heavens Breeze. They were middle of the road on pricing. As suggested, by all 5 companies, we went from a 5 TON to a 3.5 TON. Our house was very humid.... we were led to believe this was because our unit was too large for our 1,750 foot home. At first... installation went great. They were on time, got right to work and the new system was moved from a pantry inside our home to the garage (one block wall) and more vents were installed in the ceiling all within 1 day. However, within days we knew there was a problem ... the coldest bedroom in the house (the master) was now the hottest bedroom in the house (5-6 degrees hotter - main room is 72, bedroom is 77 to 78). And if we turn the air down at night while we are sleeping - the water condenses all over the floor in the garage. We have had Heavens Breeze back out multiples of times (when they call us back and actually show up!) and the problem still is not fixed 4 1/2 months later. To date, my husband has taken more than a week off of work meeting them to attempt to fix the problem. During our last phone call with them they were willing to come out again, but would charge us additional money to attempt to fix the problem. Really? Therefore, I guess if we are going to have to pay someone.. we will hire a company that can fix the problem. Too bad we didn't hire a different company (for 7K) that stands behind their work and was able cool the entire house not just part of it.

Excellent work and very reasonable price. Used Sears 10 years ago and had nothing but problems with them since the installation. Heaven's Breeze not only did excellent workmanship, but charged an very reasonable price on a Trane system. Very happy with them and will use them again if needed. Highly recommend!!

thermostat displayed was not the thermostat that was offered

Juan arrived a 1/2 hour before the agreed time. He was very professional, quickly installed the thermostat, and took as much time as needed to explain the operation. I highly recommend them and will probably make them my go to AC services company.

It was a great experience. They acknowledged the request immediately and were here the next day on time. I'd recommend them and use them again for any other A/C or heating problems.

I was outside doing yardwork when the installer showed up. He smiled and I said hello and pointed to the door because my wife was inside. He went inside and began working while I was outside on the front lawn. He wasn't inside very long and I guess must have told my wife she was finished. She told him I was outside and to let me know. The man then walked out of the house waved at me and went back to his work truck. Then he pulled away. I didn't think anything of it as installing a thermostat is a fairly simple process. Like I said earlier, I only paid the $99 because the service advertised a nicer thermostat and also advertised "expert advice on programming the thermostat. So when I walked inside and saw the thermostat he actually put on the wall I was not happy at all. The Honeywell thermostat he installed was barely a model above the one I had already had on the wall. It only had it one additional button which enabled some type of program for the house. I found out from my wife that the guy who installed it didn't really speak a word of English other than to be able to say yes and no and nod his head up-and-down. So he offered absolutely NO advice to my wife as to how she was supposed to program the thermostat. I immediately lookedsearched the thermostat online and found it on amazon and at Target for under $60. I found it for under $50 in some places. So...I paid them $100 for a $40-$50 thermostat that could have been installed by my 10 year old son. Plus, the installer didn't speak a word of English. **Although he WAS very friendly. I am sure he was a very nice guy. But we couldn't speak to him** I contacted Angie's List and had someone on the phone who seemed VERY sympathetic and made me feel as if my concern was extremely valid and she would help me resolve this right away. I felt relieved....However, that was absolutely not how it was handled. A man named Iann Matlock, a manager from the Angie's List eCommerce Support Team, emailed me and, in short, told me that they cannot help me and the only thing I can do is contact the vendor and attemp to get the problem fixed through them. That's right, all of this touting and advertising about getting verified reliable vendors through Angie's List yet they would not lift a finger to do much as give me my $100 back and hold Heavens Breeze accountable for their false advertising. I was told that in the "fine print" section it states that the thermostat is a Honeywell 5000 and that is what they installed. So they advertise a Honeywell Touch Screen 7-Day thermostat, but you need to read the fine print and know that the Honeywell 5000 is not the one they advertise. Completely unacceptable. I've included photos of what they installed vs. what they advertised below. I have contacted the company but no answer. I left a message with return phone number explaining that I simply wanted my money back and why I was unsatisfied. I was polite and respectful. They have not returned my call. Angie's List had also not offered any further assistance.

After an initial glitch in responding to the Angie's List purchase, all went well. The technician was great, very helpful and professional.

Prompt, courteous service. Quality goods installed. Service team was professional. Communication was difficult at times, as the installation team was not fluent in English.
