Description of Work: i wanted a Trane hvac unit.Heaven's Breeze offered a 3 ton unit thru Angie's List. I spoke with Carlos and he quoted a 3.5 ton 14 seer unit with heat pump. i also bought one for my friend's home nearby. They installed both units the very next day. They were very professional and did a quality install, taking the old units away.

Description of Work: New AC installed in our rental property in the Apollo Beach area. Oscar was very easy to work with, particularly considering that I'm halfway across the country. He clearly explained my options, offered recommendations and worked very well with my property manager to coordinate the installations. He provided great feedback and pictures after the installation. The owner was affable, and the workmen polite. The work was done in less than a day. The unit works great, and we love our new, programmable thermostat. The products are from a well-known company. The guys put down a cloth in case there was a mess (there wasn't). One concern: the guys were a few hours late, and our attempts to reach anyone was futile. However, the price was about half of what another company offered, so we are thrilled!

Oscar and I met on Friday and installed the system Monday morning. Monday was a holiday, but his guys wanted to work, so they did it. I was very pleased that they didn't leave me roasting for the additional day just because it was a holiday.
Description of Work: Oscar Romero and his team pulled permits, purchased and he installed a new Trane Heat Pump system to my home. They removed my old (mold ridden) system, checked my duct work and installed the new system. Oscar calculated that I needed additional returns to get the air to flow to my guest rooms. He installed 2 additional returns. One in each guest room. This is so that when the doors are closed, the air will circulate in the rooms. They were professional, personable and thoughtful in how they completed their work. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with clean, cool air!

Oscar and his crew arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. My house had an old wooden air handler stand and Oscar spent about an hour removing that and replacing it with a new stand so the new air handler would get proper ventilation through the filter. After they installed the AC components they cleaned up everything and left the work areas clean. They also repaired some of the ductwork in the attic. The Trane AC is quiet and cools the house well. I would definitely recommend Heaven's Breeze in the future.

A crew of 3 spent about 4 hours in my home installing a new air conditioning system and thermostat. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to do everything correctly and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up their work are afterward so that nothing additional had to be done by us. They even helped us reattach an air handler panel in our old home at my husband's request before they left! I am a very happy customer and I will definitely use Heaven's Breeze again. Give them a try!

The overall experience was very pleasant. The men arrived about 4 hours after my AC broke and had it fixed within 30 minutes. My air handler is above the kitchen and they even put down a cloth before opening the attic, so the house didn't get dirty or scratch up the floor with their ladder. The air conditioner is actually working better and blowing colder air than it ever has since I moved in to the house. It was 85 degree's when they arrived and within just a couple hours the entire house had cooled down 76.
Description of Work: Air conditioner broke late morning, I called Heaven's Breeze and they were at my house that same afternoon.
