Description of Work: Responded quickly. Showed up on time and fixed the problem with the heater to my hot tub. This is the second time I have used this company and would recommend them to others. Thanks for great service.

Description of Work: First the service person for our pool heat pump was a day late from the original scheduled service call of Dec. 10th . Secondly, when he arrived on Tuesday, Dec. 11th I asked him if the pump was low on gas and he said no. Then he spent about an hour testing all the electrical workings of the pump and finally reached the conclusion that it was low on gas. That was a waste of time. Third, he said he could not fix the low gas because he was not set up to do that kind of work. Why would they send someone who could not fix all the potential problems with a heat pump? However he made arrangements to have another service person come out on Dec. 13th or 14th. Fourth, when I called Hawkins on Dec. 13th to find out a better estimate of what time they would arrive, I was told that the earliest I could expect a service person was Tuesday, Dec. 18th. I cancelled this second service call. What a poorly run company. No service was performed.
