Description of Work: Drywood fumigation. $500 cheaper than terminix without the salespitch. Enjoyed working with them very much.

Description of Work: Home Inspection during contract. Said the roof was "off limits" per FL law and could not go into crawl space because he didn't "have the tools". Walked around and pointed out what out realtor already showed us. $75 check. FF... we called the office after the home inspection and let them know the inspectors found "evidence" in the roof and crawl space. He came back, for no additional charge. Thank you. Still wouldn't go on roof per "FL law", but did check crawl space. Confirmed what home inspector found. Very Non-chalant, unconcerned. "yeah, found evidence. It's Florida. I'd tent the place". (hello thousand dollars?) The inspector did note in the conversation and report that he also found evidence of previous subterranean treatment, which was good. Not calling them again to inspect the next contract purchase.

Description of Work: I'm refinancing my home. The title company required a termite inspection. I did not have a pest control company I used, so they recommended Haskell Termite & Pest Control. They are very pleased with the company's ability to provide service quickly. They called me Monday, and my appointment was on Wednesday. I chose the time that best fit my schedule. When I pulled into my driveway from work, the operator was waiting in his truck. He was very pleasant, thorough and professional. I was very pleased and would recommend Haskell to anyone who was interested in this service.

Description of Work: I have been a Haskel client for years. I have noticed a rapid decrease on the company's performance and quality. I hire them for rat removal and they left the dead rat on the attic and never came back and charged 150.00 Recently . I had a estimate for sub temites and the estimate was off the wall high and the rep kept pushing a 500.00 complete treatment for a small problem.
