+ -1 moreHe never showed up when he said he would. He would say he would be there on one day and wouldnt show up and not call. I would call and he would never return my calls and when I would finally get him, he would once again tell me that he would be there a certain day and not show up.
Description of Work: Took forever to get the work done. The floors have been in for about six months or less and I am attempting to contact him because there are problems that have come up in the last week that need to be taken care of

Description of Work: CONTRACTOR WAS HIRED TO RESCREEN AND ADD TWO ADDITIONAL COATS OF POLYURATHENE TO 3 YEAR OLD HARDWOOD FLOORS. FLOORS WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITON. ONLY SEEKING ADDED PROTECTION. CONTRACTOR DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME, NOR DID HE COME PREPARED WITH DUST COVERS. CONTRACTOR OVERSANDED FLOORS DURING SCREEN PROCESS LEAVING ORBITAL SANDING MARKS OVER ENTIRE FLOOR. ALSO USED SUBSTANDARD POLYURATHENE LEAVING UNCOVERED AREAS ON FLOOR. CONTRACTOR CONTACTED BY ANGIE'S LIST AND HOMEOWNER REFUSED TO REMEDY THE DAMAGE. ACCORDING TO THREE OTHER HARDWOOD FLOOR COMPANIES, FLOORS WILL NEED TO NOW BE STRIPPED, SANDED AND RECOATED COSTING ROUGHLY $1000.00. HOMEOWNER WILL LIKELY HAVE TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AS REMEMDY.

Description of Work: We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. After setting up a appointment with us, which he did not keep, he refused to respond to any of the 3 telephone calls we placed over a 5 day period. I consider this very unprofessional conduct and would urge everyone to avoid this company.

Description of Work: He does great work, but you need to sit on his head for repairs. Works on his own time frame, but delivers, and he's very reasonable-$1.75 per ft. $.25 cheaper than others.
