Wonderfully! The arrived when they said the would. Did the work they said they'd do and all within the time they had told us it would take.

Other companies were quoting me $10,000 and saying they absolutely need to replace our pan roof and that they'll have to replace half our screen enclosure and all this crap to try and bleed me for as much money as they could. I admit that the job was more complicated and difficult than your average super gutter replacement but all those other companies were being ridiculous. Bill Davis sat down with me and asked me what I wanted to do, what my priorities were. When I said cost mattered he was happy to work with me to figure out ways to keep the cost down. After some brainstorming Bill came up with a great idea on how to replace the gutter without even taking the roof down and it kept the cost as low as could be reasonably expected. I don't have any complaints on the work they did either. They explained everything they were going to do, were punctual and polite, cleaned up after the job was done, and they did everything they said they would within the timeframe they set. I highly recommend them, from my experience they seem like good, honest guys who will work do quality work.

Overall, an exceptional job. Bill thoroughly explained what was going to be done, how it was going to be done and when. Everything was done on time. Bill always called ahead of time to let us know he and/or his team was on the way. If he wasn't here when they finished for the day, he called to ask if we were satisfied with the work done. He was extremely professional and friendly. Very easy to work with. and quot;Tells it like it isand quot; so that there are no surprises.

Very well. They can when they said they would and completed the job on time. Cleared away all old materials. We were very satisfied.

The owner is Bill Davis. When you contact him, he get's back to you right away. They do the work when they say they are going to do the work. They follow up. It was a good experience. We thought the price was reasonable. They cleaned everything up and hauled everything away. They did a really great job.

Bill Davis (Gutter Suckers owner), with his assistant Jack, started the project on August 15, 2011. When Bill and Jack pulled the fascia board off, he found that some of the roofing boards had suffered water damage, which necessitated calling a roofer. There was a two day delay, the first of many delays, before the roofer could come out. The roofer found damage to the patio roofs' supporting beams, and suggested calling a contractor, which was another delay. Gutter Suckers had to halt its work awaiting the roofers and contractor to do their work. This was occurring during the rainy season, so there were rain delays, too. Gutter Suckers was not able to finish its work until September 16, 2011. During much of that month period, I had no gutters over the patio and had to put sand bags in front of my patio doors to prevent flooding into my house. During all that time, Bill Davis waited very patiently, offered support where he could, and was always quickly responsive to my requests. He kept his work area as clean as possible. Bill and Jack even worked on weekends to make sure their part of the project was done as quickly as possible. In the end, the Gutter Suckers' finished system looks great and work very well.

Bill was the first person to offer a solution for our screened patio that did not cost $25,000 to $30,000. He listened to what we wanted and then delivered. It was rather simple. He replaced an existing "roof" extension made by the original homeowner with a product called elite panels. It looks great. As for the gutters, with some fine tuning, they work fine. He was very responsive to our needs and concerns.
