+ -1 moreI could not have gone better. Angel was responsive and came on the same day I called him. He was knowledgable and supportive and did not price gouge in spite of the hurricane. My Generac quit at the outset of hurricane MIlton and I could not get a call back from the company I purchased the generator from and with whom I have (had) a service contract. GenerX is horrible and Guardian is highly recommended.
Description of Work: Guardian diagnosed the malfunction, communicated with Generac to put the issue in warranty repair and orderd the new part (rotor). Part is unfortunately back ordered whch should tell you something about Generac.
