Chris arrived on time and was very helpful. He told me in advance about the problem and fixed it exactly as stated.

During tree removal a main underground power line to our house was cut. Called several Electricians from Angie's List. Groves Electric was only one that showed up within 20 minutes. Groves had 4 men working over 13 hours to repair and replace all electrical connections plus a new 200 amp panel. This company worked non stop to have us up and running in one day. I would recommend this Company to anyone. Price was very reasonable and the personnel great to deal with.

Work was performed as promised and in a timely manner. I felt comfortable in their knowledge and expertise. They went above and beyond by not only replacing the meter box, but by also tweaking the circuit panel and applying stucco (which was previously absent) around the meter box. Hopefully we will not need an electrician again, but if we do we'll always call them!

I called for an estimate but I didn't receive a return call. I hired another company. They did the job very well.

Called Chris to get estimate on inspection report issues for our home. He came that day and told us what needed to be done and what was not necessary. Got to work that day on grounding dining room light, checking a fan, and running dedicated line for refrigerator. We asked about having fans and lights put in our screened patio. He said he could do following Monday. Monday came and he gave us a new outlet, installed the fans and lights, and switches on the wall, so we don't have to use the pull chains. While working, we asked about a light for our dark pantry. He was able to do that in same day.

They showed up on time. Had the power off for a short time and were quick to get it back on.

The electrician arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to exactly what we needed, and provided us with an estimate on how long the work would take and how he would perform the work. Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable. The work took approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, and they provided us with the Angie's List discount.

After reviewing Angie's List for electricians for my area and the reports on those businesses, I contacted Groves Electric Inc. I was not disappointed in my selection. Chris Grove, the owner, called me back and scheduled a free on-site estimate. He provided an itemized proposal so we could pick and choose what we wanted done. We chose to have everything fixed and appreciated the 10% Angie's List discount. Chris arrived as scheduled with 3 other electricians so all repairs were completed in 3 hours. All personnel were polite, neat and cleaned up after themselves. Chris attempted to fix the switch to an overhead light but was unable to fix it without a costly, time consuming process. He did not charge me for the time he spent trying. It was a pleasure doing business with Groves Electric Inc. and I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical expertise.

Outstanding I called Chris at 9:40 AM he arrived at 10:02 and had an estimate written in about 10 minutes and started work 20 minutes later. He even showed me how to connect the lights so I could do that portion myself and save a couple hundred of dollars. They were very polite and made sure everything was perfect. They even checked the level on the light switch box to insure is was correct. I will always call them out for any of my electric work. I finally found a contractor that was absolutely superb.

I contacted Chris after seeing his listing on Angie's list. I had been having problems even getting a quote from other electricians, they either didn't turn up or quoted me an open ended time and materials price, which was no use at all for managing to my budget. Chris returned my call, came to the house that day, listened to what I wanted to do, and wrote me a detailed quote on the spot. We agreed a start date and he and his team turned up at 7:00 AM on the agreed date and stared work. They were equally punctual every other day they came out. I was highly impressed with Chris, Ken, Kirby, and Justin. All of them were very professional and personable. It was a pleasure to have them work on the house. Kitchen redesigns of this scale are going to be messy, no way around it, but they went out of their way to minimize the mess and any repair work needed after re-running wires. They kept me informed of progress throughout and even the home inspector commented on the high quality of the work

I called on Monday. Chris Groves and Ken gave me an estimate Wednesday, and did the work on Friday. They priced each job separately (without my having to ask) as I was not sure how many of the jobs I wanted done until I knew the cost. Chris also suggested an improvement/upgrade which he posed as a simple straightforward solution, which he guaranteed I would like, as he had done the same installation in a number of other kitchens. He was right; I love it and all my guests remark what a wonderful improvement. Chris brought two helpers. All three were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on time, (7 am), they were professional but also pleasant and were respectful of my home and friendly to my dog. They may not be the cheapest but I don't think electrical work is where you want to bargain hunt or to cut corners. I feel the job was done correctly and safely, and aesthetically pleasing and all three are important to me. I did mention Angie's List and got the 10% discount.

I called and was immediately called back. Came out right away. We agreed on price, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Did the work at 7:00 am the next day. All my work was done in less than 24 hours from the initial phone call. And incidentally, done right, and very clean. Very rare experience in this day and age.

The entire experience was GREAT! I spoke with the owner, Chris at 9:45 this morning and he set up an appointment for an estimate an hour later. Both he and Ken came to my property and gave me a detailed estimate of what needed to be done and let me know they could start today. After accepting, he had a total of four electricians at my home to insure that the project was completed. Excellent customer service, great price and will be sure to use again when I need an electrician!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chris the owner was very punctual. Responded to phone calls and arrived on site with team right on time. Whole team (4) was great and knowledgeable. Respectful of house and cleaned up before leaving. Customer service is high on their list.

Chris showed up the same day that I reached him on the phone to request a quote. I was immediately comfortable with him and his partner, and accepted his bid. I was under the gun to get the work done to get the house re-insured. Chris brought a team out (4 people) the next business day and spent a whole day plus part of the next (less people and less work to do) to get the job done. Every one was very polite and I had no concerns about leaving them alone at the house. Probably not the cheapest electrician you'll find (though the 10% Angie's List coupon helps,) but the quality is commensurate with the price. I am very confident in the work that was performed and would absolutely hire Chris and his team again for any electrical needs. One of my best contractor experiences to date.

Chris was prompt in providing an estimate and performing the work. The job was completed 3 hours from the time that I first phoned Chris!

Chris and his crew did a great job. They are very professional and very courteous. Prior to installation, Chris came to my house twice just to make sure he ordered the right parts. Our recess lights cans are quite expensive (hence the price), he had to specially order them from the internet. We are very happy with the whole experiences.

Estimate given was fully double, that of the electrician eventually hired.

He was on time, extremely accommodating, and efficient. Plus it was the lowest estimate I found and the only one that could come the same day! Highly recommend.

Chris is a nice young guy who takes a lot of pride in his work. Its clear that he wants to do a quality job. I will hire him for all future electrical needs.
