I thought they did a great job. They took out broken tiles and replaced those. They refinished all of the grout then glazed and clean everything so it really looks nice. They were professional, courteous and did a beautiful job.

Randy came out and did a thorough inspection of the premises and quoted me a fair price for all of the work needed. He spent some additional time explaining the process and helped me select the proper color for staining and sealing the grout. On the day the work was scheduled Joe, Lloyd Kris and Tim all showed up and worked very professionally to complete the entire job done in a single day. They were protective of my property and did a complete walk through with me when they finished to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will use them again when the need arises.

Groutworks did a great job cleaning the grout -- both showers looked like they had brand new grout. When replacing the tile floor in the first shower, a mistake was made that required all of the new tile to be removed and the entire job needed to be re-done. Groutworks did not hesitate re-do the job and reimburse my expense for purchasing the necessary additional tile. They demonstrated they are all about customer satisfaction. Very pleased with this company. Would definitely contract them again.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that was done at my home. John did an excellent job on the tile floors throughout the home. Chris really put in some hard work in the Master shower. Both projects came out really well. Lloyd basically made the 9-yr old carpet look new; really good job! Gil & Sue made the entire process very easy to arrange. I have already recommended this place to several co-workers. Keep up the great customer service!

Groutworks provided a very detailed quote broken down by line item. The two guys were on time and worked efficiently. The caulking turned yellow after a day and had some rough spots. HOWEVER, their work has a one year warranty and the cause of the issue was some older caulking that was used. They immediately scheduled a visit to fix the issues and one of the guys handled the rework a few days later. He was on time and again very professional. Everything looks great now and they were a pleasure to work with!

The estimate included everything except for the sealing of the tumbled marble backsplash. There was miss-understanding of what was required for the backsplash, so we settled on sealing only the grout for the backsplash. There were two crews assigned to complete the work. The lead technician understood that the backsplash should be sealed also, so we agreed on that item. The work completed was excellent. The time required was a full day for four people and a second day for one person. The result is quite beautiful.

I would highly recommend Groutworks for any grouting or tile cleaning. I used them for cleaning and color staining three bathrooms and the kitchen. I was so impressed with the responsiveness of the quote, results of the work, and the professionalism of the employees, I hired them six months later to re-grout my shower floor.

I am 100% satisfied with their job performance. our floor looks brand new. I was completely surprised at how clean our floor now looks. my appointment time was at 8 a.m. One of the workers called at 7:30 and said they would be there by 8, which they were.They moved any furniture that was in their way, and got to work.They were courteous the whole time they were there, answering any questions I had. I was also very happy with the carpet cleaning. I had used a carpet cleaning company for our carpets a couple years ago and wasn't happy with those results, so I wasn't too sure how the carpet would turn out even though groutworks said it would look good. Well, it turned out great. now I know who to call for carpet cleaning in the future. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the work performed by Groutworks.

Every part of my experience with this company was great! From estimate to scheduling to actual work they were professional, responsive and easy to work with. I interviewed 3 companies for the job and Groutworks was the best. I just had a large construction project (new roof and new walls) in the living room and after that was complete hired Groutworks to get the floor looking nice after all that construction traffic. Joe arrived on time and got straight to work. He even left me some of the grout coloring to use on an area of floor that my contractor has to repair. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised that Groutworks also offers carpet cleaning services. I learned about it at my first estimate visit. They were very timely in scheduling an appointment to come out to the house. I received a confirmation call a few days prior, as well as a call on the day of service to confirm time. I found Randy extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my 5 year old rugs (which included 5 years of dog hair from 2 dogs!). My rugs dried extremely fast and look brand new! They saved me tons of money on not having to replace them any time soon. In addition, Randy gave me helpful tips on how to preserve the life and look of them. Thank you so much for the great service. I will see you again in a few years!

We hired Grout Works to clean, repair, and seal the grout in all the tile floors in our home. The master bathroom grout needed more attention than the other floors, especially the shower. It was a pleasure doing business with this company from the beginning to the end, they even moved my appointment up (working on a Saturday) because they knew I was in a hurry to get the shower fixed. Everyone at Grout Works that I worked with was professional, efficient, and polite; they did a great job and all my floors looked beautiful when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any work done on their grout floors.

He arrived a few minutes earily, was very professional. Asked me what I wanted done. He examined the area, told me what he could do and went to work. He worked very hard finished the job and was ready for me to chech it out. He did a great job. There was a misunderstanding about opening and doing behind the pantry doors. I will use him when my house tile is needing to be cleaned.

We were on our anniversary trip so my mother-in-law was actually here when the work was done. She said the gentleman who did the work was on time and professional. We were happy with the finished result our tub/shower look like new. They were very accommodating with the estimate appointment, sending someone immediately (they were in the area) and the appointment to get the work done as I had to get it done at a specific time so that my mother-in-law could be here.

I called Groutworks to clean a 10x7 area rug with a red soda stain on it, and also requested a quote to clean grout in master shower. They quickly scheduled someone to come check on it. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They inspected everything and did a quick demo to show what the cleaning would do and the options I had in doing it the right way. While they were there, they offered to quote cleaning for my bedroom carpets and couches. Quote was provided within an hour by email and I agreed to do the work 2 days later. The techs arrived at requested time and got right to work after inspecting all the areas to be cleaned. Cleaning was done quickly with no mess left behind and it all looks great! Shower is much cleaner along with a few needed grout repairs I didn't even realize I needed before. I would definitely use Groutworks to do more work in the future and will recommend them to others as well.

I initially had the work done in December, 2015. I had two bathrooms done at that time. One bathroom was done well and the other was not done as well. I rated the service a B, but did not call to complain (it was the holidays and I just did not want to be bothered and actually planned on doing the work myself. In January, I received a call from Sue at Groutworks. She had read my review. She stated they usually receive A's and offered to redo the areas I felt were not done well the first time. I accepted her offer. She sent a different worker who took quite a bit of time to redo the grout that was missed the first time. Based on this interaction, I changed my grade to A. I was really impressed that Sue cared enough to follow up, especially since some of this was my fault for not calling to complain about my dissatisfaction.. Great customer service.

They gave me a quote to do the cleaning but I said I wanted whatever I asked for. The person that they sent out did the whole thing. They said I had to pay for the additional work they did. The work was fine. Their punctuality was good. Their communication could be a little bit better. There was a miscommunication between the person who quoted the work and the office.
