Groutworks

Description of Work: The job did not turn out as great as promised. I understand that the tile are old but when it was appraised everything was going to look Great. it looks Ok at best.

Description of Work: Groutworks cleaned, colored and sealed all of the floor grout in my kitchen, dining room, living room and entry way as well as the floors in two bathrooms. The end result looked like it was brand new. Jeff and John arrived on time and were friendly and informative. They took the time to show me several different color options ... which was invaluable since I ended up changing my mind based on what I selected after the first visit when I received the demonstration and quote for the work to be performed. I had additional problems with one of my bathrooms .... water leak issues not associated with Groutworks. After letting the area dry out for a week, they even came back a second time to complete the work .... without charging me any additional money. I admittedly am a hard person to please or satisfy ... but, am very happy with the results from Groutworks! I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again should the need arise. Description of Work: cleaned tiles and grout in kitchen and laundry room. Cleaned wall and floor tiles in master bath including grout and cleaned all tiles and grout in shower. Repaired chipped tiles in kitchen and shower floor and repaired cracked grout in master bath.

Description of Work: He regrouted and refinished the master shower. It was 13 years old and really looked it, and now it still looks like new almost two years after he completed the work. He also did the guest toom tube area and all the grout in the masterbedroom floor

Description of Work: The service man came on time and assessed our grout in a bathroom shower. He tested different areas for cleanability. He started trying out some cleaning. Before too long, he talked with us and pointed out a probable dampness/wetness coming from the material the tiles were mounted on in one large area. He said he could clean the grout, but it looked like we had a bigger problem and the grout would not stay clean in that problem area. He recommended we not have the grout cleaning completed, but to 1st check on the soundness and dryness of the greenboard behind the tile. He was right and we ended up replacing all of the tile with an enclosure. The greenboard was damp and some tiles were going to come off down the road if we didn't make a change. Our money would have been wasted on cleaning the grout. We are thankful for this man's honesty and helpfulness. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I contacted Sue at Groutworks less than a week ago to get an estimate for cleaning and regrouting of our shower in the master bathroom. We had our estimate about three days later which was more than reasonable. The work was completed by Steve the very next day. Steve was polite, punctual, and very neat and meticulous. The bathroom looks brand new. I would recommend Groutworks to anyone.

Description of Work: We had our 18year old shower re-grouted and it looks absolutely fabulous and brand new. Debbie and the guys that came out to preform the job were reliable,professional and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: UNABLE TO REACH SOMEONE TO GET A QUOTE. PLAYED PHONE TAG FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT SUCCESS. I EVENTUALLY DID THE WORK MYSELF. IT MAY BE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE A FULL TIME SECRETARY.

Description of Work: They called me back right away and had me describe the problem. They asked me to put the phone next to the stairs so they could hear the sound and they told me I needed to replace the tile and underlayment and that I needed a tile person.
