They were the very best, they did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they said they would do. They came in and cleaned the tile and grout and then resealedthe grout. It looked like new. Debbie came out to give us an estimate; she was personable, prompt, and gave a reasonable price.

The owner responded promptly to our call. Visited our home to provide an estimate. Came exactly on time, on the agreed-upon date, to perform the actual work. Spent several hours cleaning the existing tile, removing grout, re-grouting, and caulking as needed. Upon completion, the bathtub and tile surround looked better than it ever has. The price was quite fair for the work done. Everything was left perfectly clean upon completion. We were very pleased with the quality of the work done, and will be bringing them in to work on our next house. We highly recommend Groutworks.

Incredible job. Crew worked very hard to get done in a timely manner. Very professional. The tile looked like we just installed it when they were finished. When I spoke to them on the phone they were eager to help me get my newly purchased existing home in shape. Susan came and inspected what I needed done. A few days later the technician came and made my floors look better than new. Debbie and Susan, you are the best. I would never use anyone else.

This was our first experience with a grout cleaning/repair company, so we didin't know what to expect. The work crew arrived on time and as scheduled and were neat and trustworthy in their performance. The end result exceeded our expectations and brought the tile back to virtually original condition. We recommend Groutworks and will use them again.

They did an excellent job - took two days, and my bathrooms look like they are brand new!

I had my bathroom renovated and the tile had excess grout sealer on it which looked awful. The tile floor also had a haze on it. I tried to clean the tile and couldn't remove the excess sealer or get the haze off of the tile floor. I contacted Groutworks and Tim the owner looked at what needed to be done and provided an estimate. I hired them and boy was I glad I did. Tim T did a fantastic job cleaning the tile and floor. All of the haze is gone from the floor and all of the tile shines beautifully. Tim T was was very pleasent and he answered all my questions. I would deffinately hire Groutworks again.

I contacted Grout Works and scheduled a free estimate for 5/14. Steve arrived on time, measured the area to be cleaned and explained the process - with discounts the quote was $225. The same as another vendor had quoted but did not return my calls when I attempted to schedule the work. I scheduled the work for 5/25 and Steve arrived on time and spent about 5 hours on the job. I was completely satisfied and would use them again.

I have been using Groutworks for eight years and as always they (Stephen) did a super job. I would highly recommend Groutwords. They have never disappointed me, reasonably priced, profession, on time, courtesy and desire to do there best to please the customer.

.The grouting looked good. I was very displeased because he tried to pull a fast one on my 85 year old mom. The young technician that came out didn't polish or seal the tile like he was suppose to. He told my mother that the tile was grouted the day before and then sealed that day when actually, the tile was grouted that day and the kid did not seal it. Once I called back, they arranged to have someone come out and look at it. When they came out to look at it they never admitted the kid was lying. They attempted to correct the situation but it was still done less than satisfactory. I basically got the run around and didn't get a complete job.

I found him on Angie’s List. He is very good. The work cost me $120. I used a coupon. I would use his services in the future.

When I called them the set up an appointment quickly, they arrived on time and provided a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace the white grout in my master shower which was in really bad condition. Their staff arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did exactly what they said they would do and he did a very good job. It looks great. Thanks!

I needed to have some tiles replaced and our floors cleaned and sealed. We also needed to have the shower cleaned and sealed. When I called Groutworks, they were very professional. They called me back promptly when I had a question. When the guys came to do the job, they were on time and very professional. We were very happy with the final result!!! It looks brand new!!

Tim, who actually did the work, arrived at my house promptly at 8:30 a.m. and worked until 4 p.m. to get all the old nasty grout out and the new grout applied. He didn't even stop for lunch. He was very thorough and committed to doing the job just right, which I greatly appreciate. He cleaned the tiles, replaced the grout in the wall tiles, and the floor tiles. He cleaned up all the mess and left me with a gleaming, like-new master bath shower.

They were great. We don’t recall how much they charged us but it was a moderate price. It was neither overly priced nor it was below. It was probably right in the middle of the road. They did a good job. The man they sent got about 70% of the work done on the first day and came back the second day to complete the work. The only complaint I would have is that they only sent one man to do the work. It could have been completed in one day had they sent two workers. That is something they typically do, but for some reason the other worker was not available. He did a really nice job. He moved all of the furniture and placed it back.

Very responsive to our needs, set up the exact time we requested. Arrived on time and worked steadily until it was finished. Gave us several options for color choices. We have used them before and they did a great job again.

They did what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. I think that they knew what they were doing. The most important thing about them is that, they do what they say they are going to do and I would tell the others about it. They’re honest and that’s nice. They were a little bit pricey because they have a fixed rate. I had a small job but I wanted it done, and they did what they said they were going to do. I will use their services again in the future.

Steve and Tim, the techs, were on time, courteous and professional. All tile replacements and grout restoration were done as they said they would do. I have no problems with their services and recommend them to others. I am even using them again for further bathroom shower tile cleaning and sealing services without hesitation!

They are excellent and I highly recommend them. They do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price and are easy to work with. It is unusual to have somebody come out and do what they say they are going to do, then leave. They don't just clean the grout; they match your grout color and use a kind of sealer and a color to go over the grout so it is like you had new grout put in. I will use them again in the future.

They arrived on time, went immediately to the task of cutting out the grout and removing the cracked tiles. They kept the dust and mess to a bare minimum cleaning up as they went. They took the time to reset the tiles so they could move with the climate changes to prevent recurring cracks. The only complaint with the whole job was they did not match the grout color to the existing color. But overall we are glad we used Grout Works to perform the job.

It went very well. They got there on time, did what they said they were going to do, and did a great job.
