Excellent job very prompt service my tile looks like new!

I found this provider through a deal that was offered for grout cleaning and sealing. The owner, Tim, came out right away to give me an estimate. I had two houses I wanted them to do. I went with just the tile and grout cleaning. Devon did both homes and did an excellent job. He scrubbed all the areas and left then looking great. I liked this much better then the steam cleaning as he was able to get into some of the tighter areas. He is a very hard worker. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would use them again. It was a little difficult to reach them as calls go through to an answering machine and then they call back.

Several years ago we had our kitchen remodeled. We had a granite countertop and a new tile backsplash installed. Over time the countertop settled slightly. The grout in the joint between the countertop and the backsplash had cracked. Mr. Tyler removed all the old grout and filled the joint with a grout mastic colored to match the tiles. The new more plastic grout is guaranteed for ten years. The shower in the master bedroom had been untouched for many years. The grout in the corners and the floor was stained and cracked. Mr. Tyler removed all the grout and regrouted the shower. She shower is reusable in 24 hours because of the grouting material he uses.. Some companies require a much longer nonuse period after the grout has been reinstalled. We were shocked when we went to inspect the completed shower. IT LOOKED LIKE A BRAND NEW SHOWER. It is amazing. Would we recommend him to some one else.-- in a New York minute - the time interval between the turning of a NYC traffic light from red to green and the cabbie behind you honking his horn.

One time and another great job - thank you Groutworks! Tim & Devon did a wonderful job. I had 'tile that looks like wood' installed and the installer left a haze of thin set & grout on the tile. He said vinegar would get it off, but it didn't. But, Groutworks got it off! It looks beautiful now! Highly recommend this company!

Groutworks answered my questions very professionally when I called, they were on time and did a great job. The grout especially in the shower was embedded with mold. After it was cleaned and re-grouted, it looked almost new. Although they had to return and re-grout around the tiles that were cracked and replaced, they did a good job. The only problem, which is minor, is that the the grout around the 4 tiles that were replaced is still a little rough, but it doesn't really show that much - I'm just a perfectionist. We also had the vanity replaced and they grouted the space between the floor and vanity when they returned at no extra charge.

Have to give a big shout out to Groutworks & Tim in particular! He turned our tile around and it looks brand new. He was meticulous, thorough & professional. I will certainly be showing it off and recommend Debbie, Tim & Groutworks! Thanks so much!

The whole process was extremely professional. The estimator (owner, I think) was very clear on what could and could not be achieved with the service. (She recommended a different company for certain floor work, for example.) The estimate was broken down in a way that made it easy for us to pick and choose what we wanted to do. They scheduled the service about two weeks out and spent a full day on the job. It was a very pleasant crew to have in the house all day, and the job made the bathrooms look like new again. I know we could have had it done cheaper, but I'm not convinced someone else would have achieved such an all-around good result.

One visit, followup phone call. They could not provide the service I need as the complexity of the service I needed was outside their capabilities. I appreciate the fact that they were hone

From the owner to the gentlemen who performed the work, ABSOLUTE professionals. The work is absolutely perfect!!!!! Our showers now look brand new. Better that when the place was built! Can't say enough positive about this team!

Steve arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very thorough and the shower looked brand new when he was done.

The two-man crew arrived punctually. They were an efficient, courteous, responsive, young crew (I am so sorry I don't remember their names to give them the credit they deserve here). They did a great job in a timely manner. I am a very critical overseer, and called to have a couple of areas tweaked that surfaced after they had gone. Steve came to address those areas and could not have been more gracious. He fixed the minor issues I had (under warranty) and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience with this company. The owner who came to give me the initial estimate, and the office/telephone lady were both very professional and responsive. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. I am very pleased and happy with the results of their work!

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate, to the final contact regarding the quality of work, this was an A plus experience. Debbie showed up on time,helped us figure out which work was the most important to do, and what might not be. The estimate was provided with a breakdown for each area, so we could decide how to proceed. I felt totally comfortable with the people who worked in our home, and the rooms look wonderful. The workers were on time, courteous, communicated well, and were careful with our home and pets. The estimate was accurate, and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

From my first contact with Groutworks, I had confidence that this was a responsible, professional organization. Normally, for a job of this magnitude, I would get at least 3 estimates. After speaking with the Groutworks office and working with the estimator, I felt that was not necessary. These folks are experienced, skilled, and responsive. My top priorities were quality workmanship and a company that would stand behind its work. I am well-satisfied with the results of this job. Although Steve, the on-site supervisor, encountered some special challenges that had not been included in the original estimate, Groutworks completed the additional work without extra charges. The tiled areas in my 21-year old home now look as good as or better than new!

Steve arrived Saturday morning at the scheduled time. He proceeded to clean, repair and stain the grout in the entire house. He also sealed the grout to avoid the grout from retaining dirt or stains. The project took about 6-7 hours and he worked continually without a break. Very pleasant guy. Very good work.

Tim showed up on time and was very professional in his manner. He completed the work in just under three hours. The shower looks almost new after his work. He cleaned up nicely afterward. The shower looks so much better it is hard to describe. Before he left, Tim asked me to inspect his work and added he would correct any deficiency I found. I made one small suggestion which he performed immediately. Payment couldn't have been easier. They would invoice me later, or take a check or credit card on the spot. I will be recommending this company to a friend of mine in real estate for those small jobs needed to spruce up a house for sale.

Calling Groutworks was a pleasure - they were professional on the phone, scheduled a reasonable date / time for an estimate, and returned under a week later to perform the work. The cost was half of another bid and the quality was outstanding. I would contact them again for this type of work and would get estimates on their other range of work again.

Groutworks came out to clean/regrout the shower of our 10 year old master bathroom. They arrived on time and did what they said they would do. The work was impeccable. We will definitely use them again!

They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Debbie was nice, prompt, professional and answered all my questions when doing the estimate. Then there were four guys here for a good part of the day to do the work. Every one of them was a pleasure to have around - polite, nice, hard working. The tile looks amazing and i wish i'd had this done sooner.It was off white grout that mostly looked grey or black from ground in dirt and it made the whole floor look dirty. Now it looks brand new. The process was far less painful than I'd anticipated. For me that is. For them it's quite a job, moving all that furniture around, all of the cleaning done on hands and knees and hand sealing every grout line. These guys work hard. Wish i'd taken before and after pics! Thanks guys!

The tile and grout look like new. I am a very particular person. I probably can be classified as borderline OCD (obsessive compulsive, disorder)Cody was excellent. He was very patient while I selected the color seal. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation or reservation. Very professional experience!

Groutworks exceeded my expectations. My shower and floors look like they were just installed! A neighbor could not belive that the tile in my shower was not replaced. I agree with his assessment as I was not sure I liked the way my shower looked but did not want to retile, after Groutworks cleaned it up I now like the way it looks. The entire experience was flawless from the initial estimate process through the entire job. The workers were knowledgeable and professional. All old grout was removed from the shower without scratching any of the tiles. They placed samples of the grout stain in different areas to help choose which color best matched/accentuated the tile. If you want your shower and/or tile floors to look like new again, I highly recommend Groutworks.

They accepted my coupon and gave me $25 off. They were on time and performed the service I asked them in the kitchen bathrooms and dining room.

After checking on Angie's List and seeing the rave reviews, I called and to set up an appointment for an estimate. Debbie came out within two days and checked all the tiles and wrote up an estimate. Debbie is a very good representative of the company, friendly and with all knowledge of work to be done. A few minutes after she left, Sue from the office called and set up an appointment for the work to be done within one week. The service person, Tim, was here on time and did such good work, that the room looks brand new. He was friendly and very professional. All work was done that was requested in a timely manner. Payment was as per the estimate (he even did other work that was not on the estimate). I would use Groutworks again and will refer them to any and all friends.

Debbie was not pushy and even provided an option that did not include her services. I appreciated her honesty and for allowing me the time to think about the project without feeling pressured. I would highly recommend her services.

A call to Groutworks brought Debbie to our house for an estimate. She arrived right on time, was very professional and gave us two options after looking at our problem. We chose the more extensive repair. The service date was quickly agreed upon. Steve, the serviceman, arrived right on time on that date. He too was very professional and polite. He offered a few suggestions, explained what he was going to do and got to work. He somehow managed to keep everything neat and clean, not an easy job when removing and replacing grout. He completed his work in good time and had us inspect everything before leaving. The new grouted floor looks great! We are very happy with the job and with Groutworks.
