The whole process went smoothly. Tad, a representative from the company, measured the rooms where the work was to be done. and explained the process they use to clean and seal the grout and to repair defective areas. He easily matched the color to my existing grout. Jeff came out on the scheduled day to do the work. He was punctual, hard working, professional, and very courteous. He left me with instructions on how to care for the tile and grout.

They cleaned and sealed the grout in the master shower, master bath and the tile floor in master bath. I had them come back a second time to clean and seal the downstairs floor grout and grout in remaining bathrooms. They were punctual, clean, hardworking, and efficient. Our tile looked amazing once they finished. It looks like I got brand new tile. I am very happy with the results.

Sean was the provider for the St. Petersburg Franchise. The 980 sq ft condo was regrouted in two different visits. He was late and did reschedule a couple of times. I understand when circumstances do arise. This tardiness and rescheduling actually was a habit with this contractor. Less than one month after the tile was regrouted, a couple of seams flaked and needed to be regrouted. The contractor did come out after a rescheduling. He used a caulk tile grout and waited a bit and then put the colorant sealant on. The contractor did leave me a full bottle of sealant. A few weeks later, another seam let loose and I called the contractor again. He came out to fix that seam, not before he had to reschedule the first appointment. He grouted the seam, sealed it, but when he left he took the bottle of colored sealant. Again, a few weeks later, another seam let loose. One important factor here is that Grout Busters provide a 5 year warranty for their work. So, Sean (the contractor) scheduled a time to come out and fix the seam. He changed the original appointment and then never showed up. So, the warranty is thus useless. I then called the Tampa contractor and told him of the experience that I had with Sean. He said he had similar complaints and offered to send me a bottle of colorant as I now had to fix my own seam(s). That experience wasn't any better. I never received the bottle of colorant from the Tamp contractor (Dave) - even after leaving several messages. Just wanted others to know that the warranty is useless.

David Smith with Grout Busters completed projects in our master bathroom including the shower plus our kitchen floor and our laundry room. I would certainly recommend him since he was professional, timely, communicated well and was priced fairly.

David was very quick to respond to my phone call and came over to give me a quote the next day. He made his afford to accommodate my schedule. The work was done in 2 days. He also repaired 5 tiles that fell off after the grout was removed and didn't even charge anything extra. The quality of work was very good and they left the house clean after they were done. Would defiantly recommend them to everyone and will use them in the future.

Excellent team, very professional. We called David - he came over to see our place and give us the price quote. Very reasonable quote. We requested that the team be at our new home by the time we close on the new home. By the time, we closed on the new home and drove back - the team was already here. They worked on our tiles for 1.5 days. Very professional, excellent team work. Most importantly, very trust worthy. Finished as promised on time. We would highly recommend them to anyone. On time, professional, great work!

They arrived on time and went right to work. They were pleasant to talk to and really focused on getting the job done. David purchased a mop and floor detergent that he suggested I use. When I run out I can re-order from him or I can purchase Simple Green at a local store. He told me how to take care of the floors in order for them to continue looking pristine.

They were very prompt, courteous, hard working and very neat!
