Steve was great from the get go. Came out on time, took a look and came up with a great plan that brought out the beauty of our house. His workers were great, cleaned up. He fit into my schedule. Everything was perfect.

They were our neighboorhood "go to place for gardening, lawn supplies, products and service." The owners and their staff were always happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. They took their time to explain answers while always being knowledgeable, professional and humorous. They displayed a love and passion for what they do. Green Thumb Nursery offers gardening seminars and has a very helpful online resource guide for gardening and landscaping.

I went to Green Thumb to discuss buying a palm tree, shrubs, design service and installation. I made an appointment for one of the owners to come out and quote the job. He came and said he would get back to me on Sat. (Oct.13) as that is when he does his proposals. There was a point where I hadn't heard from them but it was a matter of a wrong e-mail address. It was resolved and I am very happy with the quality of the tree and Green Thumb.

Very pleased with our dealings with them. Would contact them again in the future.

Overall it went excellent.

Green Thumb came out to give me an estimate. He was running late but called ahead to ensure I could accomodate him. I didn't have any ideas on what I wanted done, I just knew that I wanted a neat and tidy appearance that was easy to maintain. He proposed what he thought would work well with the space and the existing structure I had. I received an estimate one or two days later. They were able to come out and do the work 2 weeks later and came in under budget. I was very pleased with the work performed. The plants looked very nice and have taken off. The space appeared as they laid it out in the estimate and even better than imagined. Over and above the plantings, the crew completely cleaned up my front lawn, including mowing, fixing a broken sprinkler head (broken before they came) and trimmed back all the existing bushes and weeds. When I came home, the site was immaculate. Weeks later the plants are thriving and I received instructions on fertilizing them in the mail. On the whole, I was very pleased with the work.

Steve promptly came out and gave his recommendations for my yard. He listened to what I was looking for and gave suggestions to accomodate them. His ideas seemed to be reasonable and I felt like he was more interested in satisfying me than "selling" me something I did not want or need. I received a quote within a few days. Steve invited me to go to his nursery to actually see the types of plants he was suggesting in addition to looking at photos online. Quite an impressive nursery! Once an agreement was reached, the work was scheduled. His crew showed up on time and completed the job within the time frame I was told. As with any project, a couple of items needed follow up. All items were taken care of and I am very happy with the landscaping and the service they provided. I would highly recommend Green Thumb for any landscaping need anyone has.

I use them all the time. They are very friendly. They are experts in landscaping and lawn care. They are privately owned and the owners work there. They have been in the neighborhood for 20 years or more. I know one of the owners, Pat. He is very helpful and he really knows his stuff. Every time he tells me something about weeds, grass, fertilizing and so forth he is spot on. He knows exactly what he's talking about when I ask him anything. He is a real expert. Whenever we have had problems that have come out and helped us.

We haven't had the work done yet. They were fantastic. They were thorough and professional. We will definitely use them when we go back to do the work. We were very pleased.

I have gone to them each time since the sprinkler system work for guidance in my landscaping. They are excellent, they tell me what to do in my yard when I have questions. They did exactly what we talked about and when I wanted it and I had no problems. If I said I wanted a certain plant instead of the one they suggested they were willing to go along with it, but they would explain why their choice might be better in the long run. They did whatever I wanted.

They came on time. The men worked fast and did a very competent job. When do to my own lack of knowledge about plants I had to contact the nursery for more plant care information Pat was very patient and well educated explaining what I had to do and the plants surivived and blossomed. If a person really doesn't understand a lot about plants he is the man to see.

The people there are really nice. I depend on them when I have questions. Their secretary lives in my subdivision. They do really good work. Last fall, I had to have a lot of sprinkler work done; they did all of that.

His pricing was much more reasonable than others, and I felt that I was getting a very good design from him. He is very personable, down to earth, and easy to talk with, which made a big difference. We will be using him again for more work.

ALL WORK WAS DONE AS CONTRACT (AGREEMENT). THEY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEY TRIED TO COLLECT MORE WHEN JOB WAS FINISHED FOR A YARD OF REGULAR FILLED DIRT THAT WAS NOT USED.

WHENEVER I NEED ADVICE ON NEW PLANTINGS (WHICH IS JUST ABOUT ALWAYS), IT'S OFF TO GREEN THUMB. THEIR ENTIRE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HAPPY TO WALK THE GROUNDS WITH YOU, MAKING SUGGESTIONS AND POINTING OUT NEGATIVES OR POSITIVES TO DIFFERENT PLANTS. GREAT PEOPLE, HUGE SELECTION OF HEALTHY PLANTS.
