Absolutely amazing, they arrived as promised...they tore through the chore list and were done in 30 mins...im so happy with my experience...u must use them!

I received an email message from the service provider on 10/7/13. She informed me that she would call later that day. After leaving a voice mail message with the provider at 5:00 p.m. EST, I later received a return call. She acknowledged that her company would not be able to perform the service requested for another two to three weeks--well beyond the window for the required work to be completed. As such, I informed her that I would request a refund from Angie's List. I would consider the telephone interaction as positive. She was forthright in her explanation of the circumstances underlying her inability to complete the requested services.

Sylvia did not respond to my e-mails for about 3 weeks and apologized. She finally met with me and we set a date which no one came that day. We did some of the work the following Friday ourselves and on Monday of the following week she called again and said they'd be there the next Wednesday. They were but I was at work. Work was done satisfactorily but they left all the clippings at the front of my driveway instead of removing them and taking care of them themselves. I don't begrudge them the business or the work, but I would not use them again nor would I recommend them. I had intended on having them there monthly, but will find someone else myself.

It went okay, it was just fine. They always do a good job. I purchased several deals from them before. The price was good. The quality was good, I only had 1 slight complaint. I was going over to them when they did it. I had a grape barber and it was full. But when I came back home, my grass has been cut and all my grapes were gone. It might have been them or not because I wasn't home.

It went very well. There were five workers who worked nonstop for one hour and was accompanied by Sylvia who supervised the work. The yard has never looked so good!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They did most of the things we wanted. They did not complete everything that we wanted, but it was okay. We did not pay anything extra other than the big deal. For the amount of people they had here they did not accomplish as much as I think they should have, because they narrowed an hour down to 45 minutes, because they added two more people. They wasted time cleaning the driveway, blowing it off and doing trimming, and what we really wanted them to do is just take care of all the wines on the shrubbery around the house and they only got three forth of the way around. I did not have any problems scheduling with them. They were here when they were supposed to be. They were professional. The price of $139 equated to a pretty good hourly wage for the six people they had here; they were in the $16 range per hour. If you equate the amount of money to the hourly range of wage of the people that where here they were paid really well, not that they got that money, and I was not quite satisfied with the price.

theSilvia was prompt in contacting me to schedule a time for her to come out and a**** the project. I wasn't able to meet with her on the property, but spoke with her and gave her a list of the items to take care of. I wanted 2 queen palms trimmed, 3 sago palms trimmed, a crinum lily to be cleaned up (dead leaves/stalks cut away), ginger dead leaves and stalks cleaned up/away, a lorepentulum trimmed back, and a large pampas grass removed. I mentioned to her that I wasn't sure they would be able to do all the items, especially because the pampas grass may take them longer to remove as it has deep roots, and that I would be willing to pay extra for their time to complete the tasks. She was concerned of the height of the queen palms if they were too tall they may not be able to trim them. Silvia called when she checked out the property and said they would be able to take care of all the items on my list (including the palms); however due to the rains, they were backlogged and it might be a couple weeks to get the job done. I was okay with that and understood. Silvia kept me informed via Angie's List messages and/or phone messages of their schedule which I certainly appreciated. They were finally able to do the job today (9/13/13). She called when they were on site, called when they were done saying they were unable to remove (dig out) the pampas grass totally (it really was a problem) but they cut it to the ground and sprayed round-up on it. They also needed to leave a few bags of the cleanup remnants (for my trash folks to take) - and if that was okay. I wasn't expecting that - but said fine. I knew the pampas grass was going to be difficult to remove, just wasn't anticipating the end result. When I returned home from work, yes the items were completed; however I really am disappointed in the messy job done on the two queen palm trees. The bottom of the tree limbs look like they were just hacked away at, and not neat. at all. It gives me the impression that they were in a hurry (hence 4 man - 1 hour) and not concerned with quality. The crinum lilly was nicely trimmed and cleaned-up and so were the sago palms. But the ginger still has dead leaves (that could have been raked or cut out) and where they cut the pampas grass, it doesn't look like they raked it very well. Overall I am disappointed and while I have other yard projects that I'd like done, I won't be using this company again.

They did an excellent job. They were very quick and covered all of the detail work.

Sylvia returned my call the same day, and actually came out to meet me that afternoon. She was very professional and accommodating in that she came and was willing to take us on as customers even though we are about a mile or two outside her service area. She explained her policies about how if it starts to rain they will not cut our grass and will skip us for that week, which I understand. However, we decided not to go with her company because her price was about $40 more than we've been told is the normal price for a yard our size in our development. We currently pay $100 a month. We have three other quotes ranging from $85 to $100, so that $40 extra was a deal breaker for us and we felt her prices were inflated.

The service team was fast and professional. I felt comfortable working with them and I will utilize their services in the future.

My mother in law's house was not being tended to as I thought by the lawn crew. All they do is mow the lawn. No trimming of trees, edging, ect.... Because we were going to be fined by City of Temple Terrace $500 per day, I got involved and found Silvia's Green Team. She is very professional, trustig, responsive... I just cannot say enough about the good old customer service she provided. I did not even realize the house was pink and white! I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to her. Kudo's to you Silvia!

My yard was so overgrown and unsightly that I didn't even know where to start! The best thing that I did was call Green Team Greenscapes....from my initial call to Sylvia to the final product ......everything went smoothly and better than expected. My experience with Green Team Greenscapes was phenomenal! I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation! Danny and his crew arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They were professional, efficient, and thorough. They were able to accomplish more in one hour than I would have been able to do in a weekend. From mowing, edging, weeding, cleaning out flowere beds....They did it all and it looks great! I'm getting compliments from my neighbors too : ) Scheduling was a breeze...Sylvia was wonderful! She was very professional, pleasant, and thoughtful. Overall great service! We have been using the Green Team for the last three years, and we have been very happy with them. There was a point about six months ago where we noticed that our neighbor's lawns were greener than ours, so we called to cancel and switch. Instead of just processing the cancel, they asked if they could please try again and try to make us happy. They kept insisting that they would try harder, so I gave them a try. They came by the next day and addressed any issues. They followed up multiple times to make sure that we were happy. We receive about monthly calls to make sure that we are happy. I really think that they epitomize good customer service. It would have been much easier to just let us go, but they practically begged for a second chance and really improved their service. They act like they really care about their customers. I would highly recommend them!

They come once a week during summer, and every other week during the winter. If you need to have anything special completed, they will get it done. They are very helpful.

Company came roughly when expected, $200/hour rate. Initially approved one hour but roommate agreed to allow them to work additional 1/2 hour to complete work. Prior to work commencing specifically told owner to watch out for 4 seedling bannana trees and a seedling orange tree. They cut down orange tree though initially offerred to replace it, did not discount charges and when I told them not to return for continuing service they did nothing else toward replacement or asking variety (was special order tree from out of town nursery). Also took down crosses from child's hamster graveyard, upsetting child. Otherwise very good, fast job. Yard looked good at conclusion of service. When called back owner regarding her message on tree, she apologized for tree and asked for prompt payment of bill. Had initially got quote of $135/mo to maintain yard, told not to return after cutting down tree, got quote from another provider for same service of $65/mo but no work done by 2nd provider so cant tell if quality is same. Pros: work done quite fast, crew of 6. Cons: price, care to protect plants in yard.

They are very good, punctual, professional and very fast. They do a good job, and we haven’t had any problem. The price is about $140 a month and I think that it can be better.

They do this bi-weekly during the cold months and every week when it warms up. We don't really have a contract, so we can start and stop whenever we want. We've used them since 2005. They are very cooperative. If you have anything you want done a certain way, they will do it, just let Silvia know and she will take it from there! Silvia is great to get along with, she's very nice. They also trim trees and they do commercial as well as residential work.
