+ 0 moreExcellent work. they repaired the outdoor ceiling which included a fan and recessed lights. They painted the ceiling and surrounding walls. They moved the furniture and cleaned up. They worked their schedule around another contractor. They showed up on time for estimate and work. Great job - would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My mother used them and they were recommended through her insurance company. They were rude when discussing the job and when she voiced concerns, seemed to brush it off. She was obviously not a priority as they were going to get paid by the insurance company. When she called one employee to come get equipment so the floor people could start, he very rudely and abruptly said he was on a job as if hers was not his concern. What made it even more frustrating was that the job took about a week longer because one of gray stones machines had broken one night and dumped water all over the floor damaging some flooring that previously was not in bad shape at all. It finally was completed but not without a lot of headache.

Description of Work: shower pan was leaking they systematically removed the tiles and pan and replaced all elements to their original appearance. They were extremely thorough, professional, and competent. I would recommend their services to any future customer.

+ 5 moreIt took over a month to get all the work done and we couldn’t be happier. Graystone Construction did not do all the work themselves, they relied on various subcontractors to help with the project. We were so thrilled with the way everything turned out that we wanted to mention, by name, all the folks that made our house look as amazing as it does today. Graystone Construction: Ken Lewis- Project Manager- he was always available for questions and quickly returned calls. Greg Brown- Job Leadman- Very courteous and did an amazing job on the drywall and painting. Danilo Cepeda- Skilled Labor- Did fantastic work on our drywall as well as painting. Guaranteed Installation: Sean and Luke- these two gentlemen spent the most time in our home. Their tile work was fantastic and they transformed our bathroom from ordinary to extraordinary. Golden Rule Plumbing: Russ- Owner/ Operator- Russ was always on time, courteous, and did great work. Parham Air: Andre- Owner/Operator- Andre removed the mold from the unit and the AC is working great. We would not hesitate to recommend any of these folks for any size job. Thank you so much for your time, effort, and dedication to getting our home back to normal!
Description of Work: We recently had major water damage to our home and relied on our insurance carrier to find the contractor to do the repairs. The insurance selected Graystone Construction. We researched the company online: Better Business Bureau, Angie’s List and City Search and found no reviews of the company. At that point we became rather hesitant to use their services, but the insurance adjuster assured us that they were a great company and always did a great job. The damages we had to our home were extensive. Our dining room had been flooded and the walls and carpet were ruined. Our upstairs shower had leaked all the way to a downstairs bedroom which meant the entire bathroom had to be gutted down to the rafters to remove the mold damage.
