Glass Doctor of Tampa Bay

I had to run out and missed Warren at Glass Doctors initial call. When I called back he checked in with the boss and was able to turn around and come see me. Unbelievable. I thought for certain I would have to reschedule. He arrived took a look at the sagging shower door and said "I can fix that". 30 minutes later he had the door secure and back in alignment, replaced faulty hinge and gone above and beyond by replacing bottom strip and tightening handle. Great price as well. I had no idea Glass Doctor did this type of work. I had used them for window and auto before with great success. When I found them on Angie's List I was ver pleasantly surprised. Would recommend wholeheartedly and will use for glass shower installation next remodelling.

It started when our dog broken a window pane by accident. We contacted Glass Doctor and they came out the next day or measured and let us know the new code required tempered glass due to proximity to the floor. We were surprised by this news and learned we need to wait for the glass to be ordered. I also wanted the other window next to the broken one replaced. The installer took all the information and they provided a quote to replace both panes with tempered glass. The price was very reasonable. Once the glass arrived they called to schedule the installation. The installer was prompt, professional and completed the job within and hour. All persons, I worked with were very customer focused.

This is the only outfit I could find that would replace a broken pane in a glass door instead of trying to sell me a whole new set, frame and all, and the only ones open at 5:45 when I called around. Management was accommodating, service was professional, appointment kept within time frame (on a Saturday in the rain) and price was reasonable, considering it was tempered glass. Overall I was very satisfied, it doesn't get much better.

We had used Glass Doctor once before for a glass tabletop (which they did a great job with) so decided to use them again for windshield replacement & repair. We weren't disappointed. Everyone was great starting with the gentlemen scheduling the appointment to the tech who made the repairs. I appreciated the phone call the morning of the appointment from the tech with our appointment window. Then he called when he was on the way which again was appreciated. He was here when he said he would be and completed the work in the timeframe he stated. Nothing left behind, but a nice new windshield and a repaired 2nd windshield. We would definitely use Glass Doctors again should the need arise.

The front windshield of my truck got a large crack right through the middle of it. I called Glass Doctor and they came out to my work to replace the windshield. They arrived quickly, and they were on time. The technician was very courteous--he talked to me and told me about the process, and also answered any questions that I had. They billed my insurance for the work (that's why I put $0 for the price). It was really just so simple and easy...it was great!

Great experience with Glass Doctor. Stan showed up right on time. Fast, courteous and skilled. His advice just may have saved me a lot of money, and it's a really good feeling when a repairman's objective is to serve before it is to sell.

These guys are great. I was worried that I would have to miss work to wait for a service tech to arrive (like I have had to do so many times). But Glass Doctor said that a technician would call 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house. Sure enough "AJ" called and coordinated with me so that I did not have to wait at all. I did not even ask the price up front but was very pleased with how reasonable the price was. AJ was super polite very professional and clean cut. I will sure use them again.

Received a call from the tech in the morning of the date that services was to be provided to advise what time they would be out to perform services so I could "plan my day". This was very nice. The tech arrived within the window allotted for and performed the services quickly, quietly, and neatly.

They were very affordable, showed up promptly and got the job done quickly and effortlessly. I have more glass and mirror work to do in my master bath and these will be my go-to glass guys for sure. Highly recommend. Steve

Travis, the technician, called in the morning and said he'd be at the house between 1 & 4 pm which worked out perfect for me. He arrived at 2:20 and was gone within the hour. Very professional and punctual. I've used this company before and will call them again if necessary.

I sit on the board for a condominium community and have used Glass Doctor and recommended them to a couple other home owners. We have all been extremely pleased with their work. Prompt service, great pricing. They have been so good to the residence here that we have made them our official Window/Glass vendor. Thank you Glass Doctor!!!

A rock hit my windshield and cracked it the crack spread quickly. I called Glass Doctor who responded quickly and also was very professional and friendly they came to home and replaced windshield. I love Glass doctor!

Have a very small chip in my windshield (smaller than a dime). Spoke with Adrienne at Glass Doctor several times. She is great. Very helpful, informative & patient. Great personality. She contacted the ins. company, made the appt. & answered all questions I had. The repair person showed up & looked at the chip. He said it was too small & didn't have any spidering for the glue to adhere to so the repair probably wouldn't work. They also brought a windshield to replace if needed. After discussion with the professional, who felt the chip probably wasn't going to get any worse, I decided to leave it alone for now. If it gets worse, I will definately use Glass Doctor for the repair. Thank you for your honesty & professionalism.

The work was done promptly and professionally. They took extra care to match the tint of the new glass to the existing surrounding glass. The door frames were adjusted as they we re-installed and work better than they had previously. Great experience.

The glass doctor was awesome! They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job on my glass shower door that was sagging terribly. They also replaced the bottom sweep on the door that was ripped and broken. I wish all repairmen were this organized and efficient! I highly recommend them for glass shower door repair!

I had used their services before in a different state and they did good work for me then. They also have a lot of good reviews. They came out to my business and replaced the windshield in one hour. They did excellent work.

Quote was easy and most reasonable. Didn't even think of calling them until started researching online that they do glass showers too. Evidentially they've done a whole bunch with a team that specifically focus on glass shower enclosures. Very knowledgable, friendly, quick and the quality was supreme. Next house or shower will definitely use again.

This was a great experience. The quote was easy to obtain. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. We had been putting off this repair, but had we known how quick and affordable it was going to be we would have done it much earlier.

I ended up dropping my vehicle off at the shop because it fit my schedule much better that day. The staff was professional and courteous and they were willing to store my car for the day. They took care of the insurance processing and made sure I was getting the exact windshield I needed. This is a leased vehicle so I was cautious in picking out my glass provider. I chose Glass Doctor because of my prior experience with them on an aquarium glass project. The installation was perfect and they were even able to save my Sunpass sticker. Very happy with this service!

Service was great. The man that installed our new windshield was very nice and professional. We didn't pay anything because it went through our insurance. Only reason I gave a B for quality is that the wind noise inside the car is now noticeably louder. Might happen whenever a windshield is replaced - not really sure. Otherwise we're very happy with the service preformed.

I called several window companies to replace the one window where our Puggle tried to jump through it. out of 4 companies Glass Doctor was the only one who would give me a quote over the phone. I talked to CSR Selena who was very friendly and courteous. She scheduled a time of noon and asked if the tech could make it around 2 pm. They were able to work with me. Berny the tech came out and was very friendly and we talked while he diligently worked with the broken glass. I had to take a phone call and within 15 minutes it was completed.

I can't say enough good things about Glass Doctor. The technician was prompt courteous and professional. I needed to have my back window replaced immediately and they had someone out within an hour. Mobile service! They truly went out of their way to accomodate me. Rates were not bad at all...especially considering that they came to my house. So pleased! Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Great experience.

They were very reasonable and did not try and charge me for more than what was needed.
