Glass Doctor of Tampa Bay

This company is great and there is a $25 coupon on Angie's. All personnel were extremely friendly and professional. My windows were measured, estimate provided, down payment made. When the glass arrived we scheduled an appt. and they arrived on time. After removing 1 window the gentleman was cleaning the replacement glass and noticed a scratch; luckily the other glass had no scratches and the window looked great. They reordered for the 2nd window. Again promptly arriving at the scheduled time, the tech took the glass out of the remaining window; remeasured, and realized that the 1st measurement did not include the center specs which needed to be changed. The tech had a sheet of glass in his truck and installed a single pane until the replacement glass could be reordered. When the replacement arrived, the installation went smoothly. I was totally impressed by the quality of work done by this company. Through it all everyone was exceptionally professional and never missed a step. I cannot recommend the company enough! Had a fractured windshield. Called the Glass Doctor of Tampa and Sarah worked with me to get my process going. Between her and Salina they were able to clear the way with my insurance to get my windshield replaced. Gina set up my appointment for the next day. When I arrived Stan was waiting for me and my vehicle. Within in 2 hours I was on my way with my new windshield. They are easy to deal with, professional, and caring. What a great company. Installed well. Workers were in very good manner and thoughtful

Sales person (Warren) was always on time and very informative and friendly, no problem with him. However, we had to wait apron. 6 weeks for the delivery and when it arrived it was too small for the table. New measurements were taken and a new one was ordered. Waited another month and when it arrived it was too big this time. They said it was a problem with the fabricators and once again ordered a new one. At least they let us keep this one until the new arrives. Glass Doctors have worked to correct the problem each time, but maybe they should work with new glass cutters.

The technician was prompted, courteous and professional and completed the work timely without a hitch. They even were able to move my sun pass from the old windshield to the new windshield which I thought I was going to have to replace.

I wish all my business experiences were as pleasant at the one I had with Glass Doctor this week! I found my car’s windshield had cracked overnight and I called Glass Doctor and was greeted by a very friendly voice who easily walked me through the simple process of confirming my insurance over the phone. It took maybe 5 minutes! They scheduled someone to come out to my home the next day and two gentlemen had my new windshield installed in less than 15 minutes! They even moved my parking pass stickers and SunPass to the same locations on the new windshield. Best of all, this cost me nothing as they handled the entire insurance claim! I very much recommend Glass Doctor for window replacement. They were a joy to work with and worked around my busy schedule!

Very responsive and great to work with. We had a problem with the door closing after installation and they waited until we resolved it before requesting payment. Everyone was very nice to work with. I didn't get other quotes because of their rating so not real sure about competitive pricing but seemed reasonable.

Excellent! From scheduling the appointment until the time they completed the job and left my house, everyone was professional and courteous! And I know scheduling exact times is difficult in many industries so I was thankful that I received a call in the morning letting me know when they thought they would be there and then another call when they were on their way. Installers did a fantastic job. I hope my kids don't kick another ball through the window but if they do, I will call Glass Doctors again.

Berny and Travis arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were very professional. Without making or leaving a mess, they removed all of the muntins (inside and outside) and took down the broken glass. They cut the new glass on their table in my driveway, installed it, and put all muntins back in place. I am very impressed with their work. The entire job only took a couple of hours. Most companies would have come to measure and scheduled an installation date, but not Glass Doctor. Obviously, it is important to give them accurate measurements so they bring the right piece (size) of glass. It is refreshing to work with professionals like Berny. He is knowledgeable and?took the time to inform me about the job -- a genuine, nice person. I would not hesitate to recommend?him and will definitely use this company again when needed in the future.

This company was awesome and very speedy. They knew I was under a tight deadline and worked very fast to order and install the cracked panes in my windows. I had been very frustrated that new ones had to be ordered, but the rep who came out was so calm and patient with me, and made everything work out perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs professional and quick service.

I was scheduled with a competitor, but they botched my appointment. Then they said they would not even out for three days. So I called Glass Doctor. Selena took my call and found a technician to come to my house the same day and replace the broken windshield. David drove from Sarasota up to Lutz to do the work and then headed back south to Sun City. I think that's above and beyond customer service! Glass Doctor will get my business from now on.
