I provided the dimensions for the work. They did not try to upsell me and in fact advised me that I did not need the more expensive edge treatment I thought I did. All work was completed well within the promised timeframe. The toppers both fit perfectly. Unfortunately, my dimensions for the inserts were not correct. I brought the 4 pieces back and Rob McKnight cut new pieces and polished the edges while I waited. REFUSED to charge me for the extra work though it was my fault. Got the glass home and they still did not fit, although they were cut to the exact new specifications. I returned, this time with the tables. I was quite mortified, but they treated me so well. No jokes or comments. I was most apologetic and said I expected to be charged for the new glass. Again the work was completed while I waited and again Rob refused to charge me for the glass. What great service and what nice people. I just can't believe how well they treated me. I would highly recommend them for glass work.

I called for service and received immediate attention. I was provided a quote and service was scheduled. They came to my home and within 30 minutes, my windshield was replaced. It looks like new and they gave me a bottle of glass cleaner to keep for my future use. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team!

My entire experience was fantastic from start to finish , the office staff was very knowledgeable and responsive, my Technician was professional and clean, was punctual, and knew his stuff, installed my frameless shower enclosure and beveled mirror efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I have had many trades in my home due to a remodel, and none compare to the Glass Doctor, I was very impressed from beginning to end got exactly what i envisioned and would recommend them to anyone. The same week my windshield cracked on my VW Jetta, I made one phone call and they took care of everything, my insurance claim and the installation of my new windshield, it was so easy, thank you to all who make the wheels turn at your company, you have gained a loyal customer. Shannon from the Glass Doctor came to my house at the appointed time, introduced himself very politely telling me that he was here to replace my broken windshield. After showing him my car, he went to work immediately and then came to the door to tell me he was finished and would I like to see it. It looked great to me and has been just fine since then. My contact with Shannon as well as the person who answered my initial phone call were both extremely polite, I got a very quick appointment time and Shannon showed up at that time. I'm very pleased and will definitely pass along the word.

The service I received at Glass Doctor was fantastic! I was having a hard time finding a piece of glass I needed for a project and went to them for some help with it. I described exactly what I needed it for and gave the dimensions. The glass I ended up with matches the glass in the other parts of the structure and everything fits beautifully. Their staff is knowledgeable about the different types of glass and worked closely with me to figure out the best one for this project. Excellent customer service and quick turn around time, I had it done same day.

The repairman called within the time frame I was given and then he told me he would be at my house in under an hour, which he was. He vacuumed up the mess as best as he could, replaced the door, gave me some extra advice about caulking around the door, and collected payment. Very nice, professional and polite. Even asked "may I use the table to fill out the receipt? May I sit in the chair?" Estimate I was given on the phone, was what I was billed. I did pay extra to have the install done as an emergency, but I am very glad I did.

I initially called A-1 Windows and Doors (high rating with Angie's) -- the man said it was a small job and I could save $ by calling Glass Dr which I did. A-1 was wrong -- it was a big deal! The panes had to be special-ordered which took 2 weeks. On installation 5/13/13, the outer pane cracked. (accidents happen.) 10 days later, with no word from Glass Dr, Frank (manager?) said he'd call right away. I think he forgot! It was finally installed today (5/31) with no problem. I would use them again.

Excellent service, Bryan was very professional. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Glass Doctor came recommended by a friend who had recently used them and was pleased. I found them to be very busy but accommodating when I called. If you have plenty of time just let them do it at their pace and it will get done. I needed to keep the process moving forward so I called when I felt things were not happening on a pace that would meet my goal of completing by the thanksgiving holiday. I pushed and they made it happen. It took 6 hours to get the glass the right way but they stayed until 9 pm, cleaned up all the mess inside and out and did not try to run out as soon as the job was done. The techs stayed and asked for our input on the quality of the job and reminded us that they had a lifetime guaranty on their workmanship. I would recommend covering you shower floor to minimize the cleanup of any silicon afterward since it is almost invisible until

They did not show up. We had arranged for the repair to be done on 0ct 11 between 9:30am and noon. I called at 1:30 saying that no one has shown and the receptionist said, "that is not good. I will have to call you back. " There was no call back.. We had to call another company and they did a great job.

When I called them, I didn’t know that my insurance would waive the deductible. She contacted the insurance, and she put us on a 3-way call together, and everything was taken care of.

We called on a Saturday and spoke to a lady who said they would have someone out the next day. When we called back on Sunday they told us they were closed and would have it replaced on Monday. I called 3 times on Monday before they came out. The two guys who replaced the window were professional and very quick. I was not happy with our service over the phone but the onsite service was outstanding.

He arrived on time, went right too it. Replaced both ground floor windows in less then 45 mins. Left no mess and was real professional doing it. They are a little pricey though. I'd use them again only in an emergency though.

The tech showed up 1 hour before I was to leave work after I had repeatedly asked for an earlier appointment as I was leaving for a business trip the next day (it takes about 2 hours for the process - including drying time) and didn't bother to call until he was in the parking lot. Of course, I canceled! Then I got a call from Glass Doctor wanting to know if everything was OK. When I told them I was going with Safelite the guy (V.J. I think was his name) bad-mouthed Safelite! At least Safelite showed up on time and did an outstanding job!

Job was estimated over the phone and installed within 48 hours. The install went well and the work looks good. I was in a bind and didn't call around for pricing like I should have because the $480 price seems high by other estimates and the scope of work that was done.

I called them first thing in the morning and someone was right on top of the situation. They explained my option and they showed up in the promised time frame. I would use them in the future.

Very well. Their customer service from Susan was great. She helped me with the insurance company and answered questions that even the insurance rep couldn't. The tech that came out was punctual.

I gave the provider my cell phone to call me on the weekend and I should have provided my home phone. They called me on my cell and could not reach me, the provider was at the gate which was open, but did not come in due to a " bad dog" sign - provider could have come on in and used the horn to alert me to his arrival. After I called the office to provide them with my home phone number, I was informed that a tech would be out later that day - no one showed up. After several phone calls to the office Sunday and Monday, the provider called me to say they would be at my house Tuesday afternoon, which they were to perform the work.

VERY POLITE AND PUNCTUAL AND RESPONDED TO OUR CALL RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE A BIT PRICEY BUT NOT EVERYONE WILL RESPOND IMMEDIATELY.

Up until this point I thought they did an excellent job. The price was a little high I thought. They cracked the frame when they were taking out broken pieces of the window. They finally did find the frame and installed it. It just took a long time, but they finally followed through. Brad seems to know what he is doing, so ask for him specifically.

GOOD WORK, BUT BROKEN GLASS WAS LEFT ON THE GROUND AND THE FURNITURE AROUND THE REPAIR AREA. I ALSO FOUND GLASS IN MY DRIVEWAY.

PEOPLE ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

THEY CAME OUT TO MEASURE THE AREA FOR THE SHOWER DOOR. THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID A SLIDING DOOR WOULD WORK BEST TO KEEP WATER IN. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM WITH A PRICE OR ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. WHEN I CALLED, THE SALES PERSON SAID A PIVOT DOOR WOULD WORK BEST TO KEEP WATER IN. WAS SUPPOSED TO GET ME A PRICE AND FIND OUT WHY MY INITIAL QUESTIONS HADN'T BEEN ANSWERED. NEVER CALLED BACK.

GREAT WORK, EXTREMELY NEAT, NOT A SPECK OF DUST. PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH, BUT ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT WENT GREAT.

PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. EVEN HELPED FILE A DIRECT CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. CAME TO MY WORK WITH NO INCONVENIENCE TO ME. GOOD JOB!
