Incredibly unprofessional! Brand new expensive table was dropped and damaged, 2 flat screens were put into my garage on their sides, coffee was spilled on a brand new king size mattress (luckily a sheet was on there but there is still a large stain on my bed), coffee was also spilled on my child's pack n' play and various boxes and not all items were delivered, to include my bed frame. When I asked Thomas Collins (owner and mover) he said he would cover the cost. For 8 days he would not respond to my texts, when I asked him about the repair man's number on Facebook, thinking that perhaps he lost his phone and thats why he hadn't responded in a week, I received no response and instead was unfriended. When I posted on Facebook telling friends (which some are mutual friends of his) not to use his services I received texts from him that included "F*@k you!" And when I told him I would file a complaint with the BBB, he followed up with "have fun with that you piece of $hit!" I wouldn't recommend him to move my trash, let alone my personal property! I have moved 8 times with the Army and to say this is by far the WORST mover that I have ever experienced would be putting it nicely! His unprofessional attitude and lack of care for other people's property is despicable. Not to mention he had the payment made out to him, not his company so I sincerely question if he actually pays taxes for his business. Please do yourself a favor and hire a licensed and insured professional mover and steer clear from Thomas Collins and GetMoving-FL.com
