+ -1 moreRepairman showed up and did the job. A day later, garage door was not shutting, was cockeyed and jammed. Due to uneven tensioning, cable had derailed off one pulley causing all spring assistance to pull from one side. After a few hours of my own time realigning garage door, bending frame back in place, respooling the pulley and retensioning the spring Inhad it back working. I notified their quality assurance rep with no response. After dinner tonight, it happened again. Likely due to the spring being broken in and loosing strength. After 2 hours and damage to the frame, I was finally able to get the door shut for the evening. Needless to say, I will NOT be calling them back for the repair.
