I had purchased an Angie's Deal. This was to be a surprise for my daughter who when told about it, decided that she did not want any remodeling done. This was communicated to the provider

Mr Frisco communicated well and clearly has a great deal of experience to draw from when offering ideas regarding bathroom remodeling. No services were performed, but I will work to develop a detailed quote to determine a way ahead on a potential bathroom remodel in the future.

They came out with a crew to measure my kitchen and discuss options for a complete remodel. I think they were a little backed up from their deal on Angie's List and it took a couple extra weeks to get my quote back than the original timeline setup, but I understood that they were much busier than usual due to the deal response as well as the approaching holiday. Figures were almost double what I was expecting, but I think part of that was due to my experience being based on HGTV show pricing vs reality. I feel like the prices were a bit higher than it should've been, but don't have a whole lot to base it on. If I was going ahead with a remodel I would definitely feel confident going with this company though. Larry knew his stuff and was very helpful in explaining the products and reason why you would want or not want certain things.

Their price was too high, but the plan they provided was good. We are going with another company because of the price. We were happy with the people, they were very responsive, and professional. The price was just out of our budget. We didn't pay anything more than the $55 of the big deal.

It went very well. We are extremely pleased with the new shower. We have an old house and had no idea how toxic our old shower was until we removed the old. I would highly recommend Larry. He was easy to work with. He kept us informed of all the progress.

It turned out very good. Nothing stood out. It met my expectations. There was no other cost aside from the big deal purchase. I would use them in the future.

He guaranteed us he would be done within two weeks and the job started in September. He was still working on the job all the way through November. His subcontractor for the granite had to come back to reset and center it, but did a sloppy job. In regards to the chipped bathtub, he kept giving us different dates on when he would come in to fix it, but he wouldn't show up when he said he would or he would come in and not have the supplies. We grew so tired of dealing with him that we ended up fixing it ourselves. He certainly did the bulk of the work, but it was not within the time frame he promised and everything was done so sloppily.

Everything was as stated from the original meeting, Larry went over the plans and gave us a job cost which was followed. He answered all questions and was very helpful with information throughout the process. The completed job looks very professional.

Their quote were a little high and unreasonable. They had good reviews and they did quote but we have a friend before who came in half the price. He was willing to do it for about half the price so we worked with him instead.

Well, of course there was noise. What did you expect? Didn't I describe the process simply enough? My wife and I wanted quality work, explained clearly in advance, and that's what we received. My neighbors didn't mind the noise. They make noise when they repair and replace things in their condo, so they didn't complain when we had our work done.

Larry was a class act from beginning to end. He met with us a couple of times before we engaged him for the project, and made sure we were comfortable with everything he was proposing. When we signed the contract he came to our house in the evening so that we could both be there to ask questions before we signed the contract. Larry's team was punctual and performed very well. They were very hard working, respectful, and efficient. One of the best things about working with Frisco is that Larry set expectations and kept us informed of progress or any slight adjustments to the schedule. He finished the job when he said he would, and we are thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend Larry to anyone who needs the same type of work done.

They were timely and the estimate was accurate. The clean up was great. It was an overall positive expensive. They do quality work.

From the first consultation to the last item completing the renovation, Larry was attentive to our needs with a high level of professionalism, providing us with excellent customer care and service, and a remodeled bathroom that exceeds our expectations. Larry not only thoroughly knew, and helped us understand, the construction involved, but he also helped us with some quite creative ideas that we included in the new design. His crew was always punctual, professional, organized and took measures as well as possible to protect our floors and furniture and the job was completed with no impact. Larry was thorough in estimating the job and appraising us of milestones, and the remodeling was completed in a timely manner. We especially appreciated Larry being available at all time during the work to answer our questions either in person or by phone. He was completely attentive from beginning of the job to the very end, and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would not hesitate to trust Larry with any further remodeling we would need done, and would call on him again.

Larry was a true professional, courteous and detailed in estimating, follow through, and on the project. His prices were comparable to other quotes I received, but he is a master plumber and licensed. I have already recommended Frisco to my friends.

This is a top notch company. I appreciated the reasonable prices. I would never work with another company after this experience. I cannot say enough positive things about them.

He is very, very good. He is a very good plumber and also we had a bathroom tile job where our shower drain pan had rusted. He had to pull all of that out, remove the tile, and replace all of the plumbing. Although he doesn?t do tile work himself, he found someone to do the work with him. It was really nice because they worked well together. He supervised the work and it was very easy on me. On occasion he can be a little late but he always calls ahead and he is very reliable. Although he does not work on the weekends, he is wonderful and tries very hard to please his customers. He is very honest, and you can certainly trust him in the house, even if you have to leave him there alone. I couldn?t be happier with his work and will continue to use him.

He said that we had to tear down a wall and do extensive repairs and make major changes to replace it. He told us that the plumbing in the back of the bidet prevented us from installing it as we wanted. We went to the plumbing store, and they said that the bidets are all made the same in the back. They referred us to another plumber who was able to install the bidet within 30 minutes. We were very disappointed and would not use him again.

My upstairs toilet was leaking through my ceiling. I called Frisco Plumbing and the owner, Larry, actually answered the phone. I liked that right off. He was very polite and scheduled a visit for an estimate the next day. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and gave me an estimate I liked. So we made arrangements for him to come the next Tuesday. Unfortuantely, he got tied up on another job and couldn't make it. He was very apologetic and agreed to come over the evening before Thanksgiving, so I wouldn't have to take another day off of work. He showed up and got the job done quickly. He again apologized, but I was happy that he came late to do the work. I would definitely hire Larry again and will recommend him.

I joined Angie's List because of our terrible experience with previous contractors. I went into the process very skeptical and found 10 local "bathroom specialists" to come out and give me an estimate. Not only were we going to be redoing this bathroom, but we would be out of town for the most part so I wanted to find someone I could trust and instantly could "click" with. (Even more skeptical, right?!) During the process of getting quotes I met with Larry Frisco who upon leaving, I assumed would be the most expensive because he not only brought more to the table than everyone else, but also recommended things I didn't even think of (like shower doors, new vent in ceiling, etc.) I really liked his personality but just assumed he would be very expensive. ( I was also impressed that he came out to look at the bathroom at 7:30 P.M. that night.) Anyway, Larry brought me a quote a week later and every single thing we talked about was broken down on an itemized checklist. He made it VERY clear what he would be doing, when it would be done and when the entire project would be complete. He even gave me prices on things I could upgrade to (different finishes for shower doors, different faucets) and the extra price they would cost. I have never seen any contractor as organized and meticulous as Larry Frisco when it comes to a quote, and I was blown away by it. He had suggested things that no one else had, was planning on doing more than the others and turns out, his price was extremely competitive. The choice was done. Larry had the job. The process would take around 2 weeks, and I like I said, we would be out of town for 10 days of it. Larry sent us to different Tile Warehouses (not Home Depot, he said, these were better quality) and we picked out tile that was about three times as thick as Home Depot tile. He was right. He began demolition on time at 8:00 A.M., and not one day went by that he didn't call to give me an update on what was going on. Even though I was out of town, I knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire process. I was extremely comfortable with the process the entire time, and never once worried about having him in our house while we were away. Once he got the demo done, there was some termite damage that needed to be fixed first. His Carpenter, Barry, was quick to find a solution at a fair price and fix the problem. By the time we got back in town, we had a beautiful new bathroom that I am so proud of. The quality is amazing and the entire process was completed EXACTLY when he said it would be done. His subcontractors were clean, polite and friendly and if you didn't know they were going to be there, you'd never know they were there. I can recommend Larry Frisco Plumbing whole heartedly and already have gotten another quote from him to start the next project. If you need work done, please don't hesitate, Larry is your guy.

They discovered that when the tub had been installed one of the lines had been cut so they had to replace it. They fixed it and I haven't had a problem with it since. In fact I'm going to call them again because my other one stopped working. The quality of their service is very good and I will use them again.

Larry does a good and thorough job and I am happy to recommend him. Unfortunately I could not hire him for the present job as some of the carpentry was not priced competitively.

The plumber made the total experience much easier by working within our schedule. All the workers he used were experienced (and friendly) and did their jobs quickly and well. The work was explained to us before starting which made it easier..... Great Job!

GREAT! Larry Frisco was always available by phone and kept us totally informed throughout the project. He and his sub-contractors made suggestions, which we appreciated. He made every effort to cut costs where possible and his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. His people were knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, tidy and respectful that they were in our home. We were delighted with the quality of his work and the fair price. We had no stress and have contracted for a kitchen remodel, as well.

Larry is an excellent communicator. He and his associates always showed up on time and did the work in a timely and professional manor. Every aspect of the process was explained to us, in detail, before the work started. If there where any concerns during the work Larry took care of them personally until we were satisfied. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The complete experience from beginning to end was an excellent experience, and we plan on having Larry renovate our Kitchen next!
