We had a property takeover today and needed the front and back door locks replaced or re-keyed. I had called several lock smiths with no success and was getting a little panicked because the day ending was near. Contacted The Florida Lock Doctor, Adam answered, sent a picture of our locks to him (they are not your typical locks) Adam called me back and said he had another call at 6:30 across town and would squeeze me in beforehand and would be at the property in 45 minutes. He showed up at time promised, even texted me to let me know he was near. Adam re-keyed my locks, cut the amount of keys needed for staff and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would most definitely recommend using Adam from Florida Lock Doctor.

I did a search on the internet, and as I only knew the company from internet research, Jerry was great to work with over the phone. He apprised me of the costs, estimated time length and manner of payment. He answered my questions and was able to make an appointment to do the work fairly quickly during the initial call. I was awarded a condo in a recent divorce, and needed to evict my ex. The sheriff deputy gave me less than 24 hours notice. I called Florida Lock Doctor and lined up an appointment to meet the locksmith at the property the next day. Jerry was right on time. As soon as the deputy arrived, Jerry went to work and had the door opened and locks replaced before my ex got dressed. I was really impressed, and relieved that he successfully installed the two new locks on a door and door frame that was in really bad shape. One less thing for me to stress over on such a stressful event. I've had to use a locksmith before to gain access to a condo. That guy charged me the same amount of money just to break in. I had to install the new locks myself. So not only was the job successfully done, the price was right too. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this company to a friend in a,heartbeat. Hopefully I will not need this service in the future, but if I do, I will be calling this company.
