Description of Work: Screened in 8 x 25 Ft back porch. Steve and his helper John did an excellent job, quick, efficient, paid attention to detail, made sure everything was clean when the job was complete. Steve is self employed, "a one man band", at times slow to respond to phone calls, but the wait is worth it. Honest, hardworking, reasonable estimate for the job, would not hesitate to use again. Would certainly recommend him to others.

Description of Work: He missed the appointment. When I called to check on the status, he complains that he may or may not get the work and he is not really interested in giving an estimate. Dont bother calling because his attitude and professionalism is extremely poor

Description of Work: Steve arrived at the agreed upon time to give me an estimate on a new pool cage. He took time in studying / investigating the project site. He also took the time to explain his findings and educate me. The product samples / DVD he brought were very helpful. Because my job needs were out of the ordinary, Steve could perform them, but not cost effectively. I would not hesitate to call Steve should another need arise.

Description of Work: . Steve did a super job!! He responded immediately to my need with a fair estimate. He arrived as promised and completed the installation within a few hours. He actually lowered the price from his estimate as it did not take as long as estimated. "When was the last time you saw that happen????" I gave him the higher estimate amount & thanked him for the gesture. In addition, as chance would have it, the lady across the street came over while Steve was here & asked if I knew anything about plumbing as she had a leaking water supply. Steve immediately volunteered - when over and fixed the leak - with NO charge.

Description of Work: A SCREENED PORCH WAS BUILT TO REPLACE A PREVIOUSLY VERY BAD INSTALLED PORCH BY SOMEBODY ELSE (WHICH I WILL REPORT AS A BAD RECOMMENDATION). THE WORK OF THIS NEW PORCH BY FLORIDA ENCLOSURES WAS SUPERB. STEVE IS A ONE MAN OPERATION AND HE BUILT A 14'X 36' SCREENED PORCH ALL BY HIMSELF IN TWO DAYS. THE PORCH INCLUDED TWO SCREEN DOORS, A DOGGIE DOOR, AND INSULATED ROOF.
