Flavio came out and within 3-4 days it looked perfect. I had emailed and texted him a few times before and he was always quick to reply and very professional. Our pool has never looked so good. I would recommend FL Pool Services to anyone who has a pool. Our pool went from being a chore to being enjoyable again.

This is a great company. I call on Flavio, and although I know he is busy, he always comes through for me!! The guy that comes weekly is very polite and helpful as well. We had an issue with our filter and Flavio gave me good advice regarding the so,Union. I am glad his company is growing but still has the family owned values.

The tech came and looked over the job and explained the possible cause and everything that he was going to do to fix it. He was very professional yet friendly, which made it easy to ask questions. He did such a good job that I have hired them to do my monthly pool service. Pricing for the monthly service seems fair for the size of my pool and I feel confident that they will do a great job.

Let me first say that I found Flavio through Angieslist. He was personable on the phone and that continued when he came over to our house the day after I called him; We bought this house about a week ago and the pool which had obviously not been properly maintained by the former owner especially after the house went under contract needed some urgent attention. The pump was not pushing the water out effectively. Flavio said we had an excellent pump but he suspected the filter needed cleaning. He quoted a price of $119 to do a thorough cleaning of the filter. I told him to go ahead and do it. He opened the unit and the filter was just unbelievably dirty. They cleaned it thoroughly and reinstalled it and thereafter the pump was working just fine. I asked Flavio - just based on the fact that he clearly knew what he was doing - how much he would charge to treat/shock the pool which was green through lack of proper maintenance. He said that given that he was already at the site he would charge $100 as opposed to his normal charge of $150. I told him to go ahead and proceed. The long and the short of it is that we have what is bearing semblance to a normal functioning pool just a few hours after he treated it. I am pleased with the work that Flavio did and I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone who needs pool service.

Flavio, the owner, quickly found our problem, valve turned wrong and solved our spa problem. However, he took another half hour instructing us on how our pool system works and what does, what. He was very informative and knowledgeable about our equipment. We will definitely call him again when needed.

My pool got to the point of not responding to treatment. I purchased a treatment through Angie's list. Flavio responded the next day. After some difficulty, Flavio was able to explain exactly what we needed to do. He came by over the weekend and came multiple times throughout the following week to follow the progress and provide any additional treatment needed. He is dependable and knows what he is doing. I have every intention of continuing with his services.

The pool service company we had been using for years started to neglect our pool regarding the chemicals and cleaning of our pool, and they did not provide good customer service when we voiced our concerns. After meeting with Flavio, I felt very comfortable that he could provide the level of service we were looking for because he is very conscientious about the quality of his work and he is very knowledgable about pool maintenance. We have been using him for 7 years. He has outstanding professionalism. We moved into a home with a pool had no idea how to take care of it. He comes does whatever needs to be done and lets us know when things need to be replaced or updated. He is amazing I would recommend him to everyone.

Flavio and Nidia are wonderful. After contacting 2 other pool services who could not/would not solve our filter problems, Flavio found the problem immediately. He fixed that problem and looked all around to get us a good price to change the pool to salt water. He has been cleaning the pool since then and even though it does not have a screen, it is gleaming and wonderful. Nidia is always responsive, polite, and nice on the phone. We hope to never lose them as our "pool people."

Flavio installed a new salt water chlorinator at a very reasonable price. He thoroughly explained how to operate the system and answered my calls when I had a question. He is very helpful and honest. Flavio also installed a new pool pump, as well and did a superb job. His promptness, honesty, and friendliness is second to none. I will be using Flavio for all my pool needs as long as I own a pool.

Flavio has maintained our pool for 8 years. If there are any issues or he notices that preventive maintenance has to be done, he informs us and provides an estimate . His estimate is normally comparable with other providers and so I let him to the work. he is very professional and courteous.

We have used this service for the past six years and could not be more pleased week in and week out. Prior to finding Flavio we went through a different pool service at least once a year as they would always be trading out the personnel servicing our pool and things would go from good to bad. FL Pool Svc has been the most consistent provider we have used over the past 25 years living in the Tampa Bay Area
