Description of Work: Purchased a new house and being first time pool home owners we were lost with the new system. Flavio was patient with me and showed me the ropes. Showed me what I had to do in order to maintain my pool and gave me some great pointers to save money over the long run of my pool! My pool looks great and me and my family enjoy it everyday.

Description of Work: Our pool was a complete disaster due to neglect and the a very poor choice of a service to set it straight. The service we had hired probably did more damage than help. After reading the reviews about Flavio and the work he performs, I made an appointment. He and his associate were on time, polite, incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problems that needed to be addressed in order to get our pool in sparkling condition again. Detailed explanations were outlined and a course of action was decided upon. There is no way I could be any happier with today's service and I can't wait for my husband to get home to see the changes that are already evident! I am well aware that it will take a few visits to undo the mess that Flavio was met with today, but I am absolutely positive that my family will finally be swimming in a clear & clean pool very soon. Many thanks!!!

Description of Work: The pool and pool area were cleaned. The old service removed their equipment. I had the New Service install new equipment. Everything is now back in "Ship Shape" condition.  + -1 moreHe's such a nice guy, he has a reasonable price. He charges $100 a month and comes every week. He is very punctual, on time and up front with everything he does. If he has to add something or charge something more he lets us know so we aren't surprised at the end of the month. We just really enjoy having him around.

Description of Work: Replaced a vari-flo valve for the pool and cleaned the DE filter. He did an inspection of the parts, and made suggestions to further fine tune the system.

 + -1 moreFlavio came to my home the day after I called him which was not expected. My close friend recommended him. I was very surprised he was able to help me so quickly. He corrected and fixed so many problems i had with my pool. I received a couple of quotes before and he was several hundreds of dollars less then his competitors. I was amazed of his work and the quality of it. I had a big family party just a couple of days before and he was able to get me out of a bind. He made my pool look like a million dollars. I highly recommend Flavio and his company for any pool issues you have regardless of the problem. Get in contact with him and you won't be let down. NICE WORK FLAVIO!!!!!

Description of Work: The owner does the pool cleaning every week, checks the water, puts in necessary chemicals, cleans the filter and helps with the purchasing and installing of whatever equipment is needed. He is very dependable and we have had no problems at all. He charges $95 a month and we have to do nothing to keep our pool clean. We have had this service for over 6 years and we are very pleased. All went well for 6 years starting March of 2008. We have recommended him to our neighbors and they have been pleased as well.
