just read t I had damage done to my flat roof and interior ceiling after a huge storm in April of 2011. Mark came out and told me that I had to have the roof complete redone. I called another guy and he told me I could get it repaired but also quoted me to have it redone. Since there was previous termite damage to the rafters, I thought I best to go with the new roof and Mark had done work in the neighborhood so I went with him. Quote was for $2400 for roof and wood repair, $2100 for fixing the ceiling - of roughly 900sq (both roof and interior). I went with someone else for the interior {RON APP, HIGHLY RECOMMEND as it was all done perfectly for $800!!!}. I was a young single woman at the time and obviously to trusting. The final cost for roof was $4000 and with in THREE MONTHS the ceiling collapsed because of water damage! Called Mark and he came and fixed it, and spread some stuff on the roof and said it was fixed. Within another few months, water damage appeared again at the same place as well as another location in another room. I called and he never responded. I called and called then FINALLY thought to have another person call. My boyfriend called and Mark answered right away and said he'd come look at it. NEVER CAME AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Hence last contact was OCTOBER OF 2011, but I tried for much longer than that. My boyfriend has repeatedly gone up and applied a sealer and now FOUR YEARS LATER the ceiling has caved in again due to the same roof leak that was NEVER FIXED, only patched up enough to buy the slime ball some time! I've had three roofers come and all of them are APPALLED by his workmanship! No tar overlap between gravel sheeting - it's literally lifting up, curling up in some places, flashing nailed in (nails sticking out and rusted) and caulked cracks that hold water or seep thru. IT DISGUSTING. He is not licensed, he's using his father's licenses.... one of the guys that came out to look at it used to work for his Dad and said he'd be ashamed of this. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

We had three estimates on the flat roof of our rental property and he came in mid-range, but we were familiar with his work as he'd done about 5 homes on our street in two years. He came in on time with his crew and took care of the job. Was on site and more than willing to answer the 100 questions we were throwing at him. Job looked good, although there were some dark marks left on the front of the house, but nothing major and not very noticeable except to the very anal retentive (me). The renters called a few months later and said that a section of the ceiling had caved in and their was water coming in thru a hole in the roof. Called Mark and he came out right away, covered the roof with a tarp (as it was raining heavily at the time). He checked it out, went over it with my husband and resealed the obvious area, the suspected areas and all along the flashing and fixed the drywall on the ceiling. When I hadn't heard from him or the renters that week, I called and was surprised to learn that he'd already handled and finished, quickly and at their convenience. We were ALL very happy. I have since recommended him to others who've used him with good results. He did good work for me but I don’t if I would recommend him. I recommended him to my neighbor and it did not work out well for him. It worked out well for me and I have used them a lot. I would recommend him for metal roofing; he is good in that. He did a good job in rubber roofing. I would recommend him for metal roofing because he is best in that. I would use him again in the future.
