they did not seal the ducts. there were problems with water dripping out of the duct. They more interested in selling you products than their quality of work.

Fairway HVAC has done all my replacements and maintenance. The reason is they consistently provide the best customer service and fair pricing. Good companies like Fairway are managed well and hire excellent workers. Caden is one of them and is our favorite. We are always looking forward to or PM's because we know will see Caden and know the work is done right the first time.

The guys were all very polite and worked very hard. The only problem I had was them getting there in time. I was told 6 am and they got there at 10 am.

Best price for what I wanted. The installers worked with me ( I was an A/C Tech ) to build the best system for my needs. Johnnie came out to adjust the indoor fan speed down for me to trap more humidity. I am still waiting for the Final Inspection from Pinellas County to wrap up this project. I plan to investigate using their Service Contract options for yearly warranty inspections.

Made over 12k in repair recommendations on a system that us only a year and a half old. Said I had mold, float switch was inop, etc. Had a second opinion completed from a trusted source and there were ZERO defects with the system. Fairway is a RIPOFF ARTIST.

Vidal and his team are absolutely amazing! They showed up the day that I called to ask for a quote. They returned two days later and did a full replacement of my HVAC system. They were prompt, professional, and awesome to work with. They are also fairly priced. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Did good work….too expensive

Today Joel Ramos came to do regular maintenance on my a/c and heating. He found mold that had not been found by others. He then had to do much more than general maintenance, However, now I am grateful to be mold free with a guarantee that there will be no mold again ever on this system. This review is specifically about giving praise to knowledge and work skill of this young man. He took pictures with his camera, drew pictures and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. For the next maintenance appointments, I will ask for him by name! I also want the management of this company to know what a positive advertisement he is for Fairway Heating and Cooling.
