We had a problem with our air-conditioner. Chris came the next day and found the problem immediately, He explained in detail what had to be done. Chris J. came out at the crack of dawn to get my unit back up and cooling. I mentioned possibly replacing and he wanted to try and fix it for me. After diagnosing the unit and taking his time to explain all of my options I was able to make the best decision that I am confident with. I chose to replace the entire system. He went over replacement options explains the differences and benefits between them all. All ac units are not created equal and you very much get what you pay for. 100% satisfied with his work ethic, honesty, and professionalism. He was so honest he talked me out of a more expensive system after listening carefully to all of my needs. When he was done not only did he give me everything I needed he addressed several things that I really wanted for an excellent cost. I would much rather spend more money with someone who is ALWAYS going to be there when I need him and stand behind his work and the work of his company. The technician came, was not at all friendly, did not look at what I needed, and charged $5,000.00, more than other AC companies.

Showed up on-time and completed work in a timely manner. Would hire again and recommend.

They were on time for the project and did a great job. I would recommend them for anyone needing some split AC units.

went beyond expectations

I spoke with three pros from Home Advisor and Fairway was the third. They contacted me first but I felt they might be too far away, so I went more locally. Not good. I got back in touch and they went out to look. The job ended up costing more than I wanted to pay, but they found something I wasnâ t aware of. I was really pleased with them. Our tenants liked them too They are a smaller family owned business with integrity, quality work and Iâ ll keep using them. We are two states away and rent a family house. The AC firm we used for years retired and sold so we went to Home Advisors as we have always had good results. Unless you donâ t care about money, try to stay away from the big service contracts TV advertising firms. We just dropped the one we used. Firms like Fairway tend to deliver more value for the money.

They are dependable and thorough.

So-called service persons showed up. No freon, no parts, did not know how to troubleshoot electrical problem did absolutely nothing to my system charged me $110 dollars and left. No knowledge of how electrical circuits work and kept going back to their truck every 15- 20 mins. For 10 mins. Total waste of time and money. Stay away from this company. If this is how the service is the rest can not be any better!!! Got a reputable company in confirmed my diagnosis without me telling them what the problem was. Had part, system up and running in 15 mins.
