They were very courteous. They went by their word. In other words they did what they said. I think they're an honest family company. I think they went above and beyond.

Excellent company & crew. I ended up completely replacing my 30 yr old system. Installation and workmanship was the best...painless! Edwin and Anthony did an outstanding job. I will stay with this company for future maintenance and do recommend them highly. It doesn't get any better.

Vidal and the guys were fantastic!!! Very professional and with great customer service lowest price guarantee. Had another company come out and look at the AC and I was not pleased with the service or the price quoted. Vidal came out showed me everything he would do and everything that was going to be included on the install. The next day his guys came out and had me up and running by the end of the day they were fantastic quality work and you can tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs AC work done

Great people. Great price ($1,300 less than their nearest competitor). I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Vidal came out and did a bunch of unplanned work to help us before we even decided whether to use their company--and he charged us NOTHING ($0.00) for that work. Francisco did great work on the install and it passed Polk County inspection with flying colors. Honest. Fair price. Hard-working. Professional results. What more could you want? Saving money and the house has never been cooler! Choosing Fairway was the best choice that I could have made. All irrelevant information aside; the family that owns this company is top notch, and I have never met such nicer people. To be honest, there isn't a requirement for them to treat people as well as they do, and yet they do it as if you're a long time family friend. My electric bill before the installation was close to $200 each month, and within the first month in the hottest part of the year it is already down to $141! I cannot wait to see how much more I am going to save later in the year; the house required us to run the temperature at 70-72 degrees before Fairway came into our lives, and now the house is comfortable at 78 during the day. Truly happy with Fairway, and I would recommend this family owned business to anyone in need of quality work and service. Want a company that cares for your family as much as you do? Very fast service and my calls were immediately answered and appointments were within 24 hrs. System installation looks professional and works nicely. Now for the downsides 3 weeks after install air return line failed. This should have been replaced at unit install or at least I should have been informed to replace, would have been much easier (and cheaper, line cost $150 installation another $250 this cost would have mostly been waived at original install) to replace at install rather than after. Also our hose reel was broken not upset that it happened upset that nobody TOLD me that it happened. Overall I am happy with Fairway, just these items listed, and I would tell anyone to at least contact them for a quote and you can make up your own mind. Update: Fairway did contact us apologize and did make good on previous stated issues. Again I am happy with Fairway and would have them install again and Would now recommend them to others.
