This company was the best. Very professional, and friendly. The techs did excellent work. Great work ethics. They knew their job well. They installed the entire system in one day. I am very pleased with everything. They even took care of the warranty for me. I highly recommend this company.

I had to replace all of my duct work and both air conditioning units. They had to remove the old unit from the attic and then move the outside unit to a new location. When I needed additional work to prepare for the install (remove/reinstall ceilings, put up walls, block work and flooring) they had family members completed the job in a professional manner. From the first sales conversation with Vidal to Francisco and Manny installing, to Ricky and Edwin, plus Karen and Jesus in the office, they were all extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite, courteous, personal. They treated me like I was family. I wish I could rate Fairway as a 10!!!!! They would truly deserve the highest of highest ratings.

Responded quickly - on a Sunday - to our need and scheduled the work needed to start the next day. Did a comprehensive review of our current system and recommended a better way to solve our problem than I had envisioned.

Install crew was very dedicated and worked long past the normal work day to complete the job, Then they came back the next morning to make sure then had not missed anything.

This heatpump install was made more complicated because we were not at our residence at the time. Our good neighbor had to handle everything. Fairway worked seamlessly with our neighbor's schedule. everyone on the team were very professional and easy to talk to. they were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. they were honest when they were putting back on the new ac cover they accidently put on the longer screws and they broke the coil, instead of just covering it up they were very honest and went to the warehouse and got me a new ac unit. i would definitely use them in the future

Vidal Ramos is freindly. He checked out exsting unit and took pictures. He than sat down with me and explained everything. I liked the fact hw took his time and answered my questions. The installers were just as freindly as Vidal. Edwin also took the time to explain everything to me after it was all installed.

This is a family owned and operated business. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly, yet professional. They were very prompt in returning my initial phone call and Vidal came to my home within two hours - 8 pm. - to service my ailing air conditioner. Their customer service is extraordinary and Edwin and his helper took their time to do the job correctly (I decided to replace instead of repair). I do not have any complaints or misgivings and I will refer them to others for service or replacement. I was hesitant to contact a company I had not heard of, but this time I was pleased above expectation! Thanks for a great job!!!
