Fairway Heating and Cooling

I cannot say enough good about Vidal and his company, Fairway. I found him on Home Advisor and he called me right away. I asked him to quote removing old ductwork and replacing all of it along with returns and vents in a home I was getting ready for sale. He gave me a very reasonable quote then had his team in the house the very next day to start the demo. The two men he had working on the house were very professional and did the job in record time. I was trying to manage this from Colorado with the help of my realtor in FL. Vidal could have totally taken advantage of me. Instead, he assured me "he had this" and would take good care of me. He did just that and more. In a time when it is so very hard to find anyone to do the work to begin with, it was such a blessing that I found Vidal and his company through Home Advisor and he was able to get this work done for me as quickly and efficiently as he did. My realtor was so impressed that Fairway is now her HV/AC contractor of choice for any work her clients may need in the future. Thank you, Vidal, for being so kind and so professional.

Scheduled immediately and completed project in two and 1/2 days (it was a big project).

Nicholas came on time and diagnosed the problem right away. The cost of the service call paid for half of the total bill. A/C was up and running again within an hour. He explained how to keep it up and running.

Vidal came to my rescue. Was so miserably hot every day in my home (a place supposed to be enjoyed & tranquil). He helped me find a deal on a unit, showed me financing available, sent two very skilled & courteous workers and now I spend my days at home in peace & tranquility once more!

I was in a need of landscape maintenance help and when I searched, Fairway Heating and Cooling came up. I called and asked if they do landscape maintenance. They said yes. Well, I would rate them a 1 or less on landscape maintenance. Unskilled workers, hurried to get the work done, had to be told what to do even after a walk-around beforehand, and they used some type of hedge-trimmer that damaged many of my shrubs. Maybe they can do heating and cooling, but not landscape maintenance. Stay clear.

Dryer vent removal and replacement. Florencio and Saldador went above and beyond to ensure job done right. Found a solution that did not disturb existing drywall and paint while redirecting from roof to side of house. True craftsmen! Would highly recommend company

Came out on Saturday give me an estimate I liked terms and financing was great schedule for Tuesday install call me back later said they had everything that they want me out the same day I said come on they arrived at around 3:00 by 7:30 I had a whole new unit all new ductwork and everything was done very pleased

We are now using them for our Ac check ups on our 3 houses. I can't say enough good things about them. They did a great job.

We were told the job was two days, but actually took five days, as only two workers were on site at any one time. The work performed was very thorough, and ultimately we are satisfied with the end result. However, the workers typically began at 10AM and finished after 6PM, which, in addition to the extra unplanned days, caused major problems with our daily activities. In addition, toward the end of the job, one company representative very harshly demanded final payment before the final inspection had taken place. Even though the work was high quality, because of poor planning and execution, I would not use this company again--just too aggravating.

Chris the master service technician was the best. He did the heat load calculations and designed the ducting needed for our system and home. He explained everything in detail and was why we chose this company. The techs doing the work were great but comms with the office were non-existent so work us needed there. Sux days after the work begun I am still waiting on a final QC check and a county inspection. I get the feeling that I will get neither.

The entire team did am amazing job from the office staff to the installers. They went of their way to accommodate all of my requirements. They were very profession every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fairway came and fixed my door, reviewed the system and completed all issues I had. Thank you!

It was overall a good experience, the only thing is that I contacted them twice after installation to fix my door, which was stuck after a/c installation inside, no answer.
