Fairway Heating and Cooling

Fairway arrived, visually assessed the status of the current air conditioning system. Made recommendations as to how/what should be done to replace or correct issues. Provided a quote for a full system replacement and even contacted supplier rep for special arrangements at $10k. Provided a quote to support a parcel (duct work system only) system replacement at $8,500k. In both cases, quotes were higher than average. Rep was polite, professional and helpful under the circumstances. The rating is only reflective of no work was performed to be evaluated and quotes provided.

Chris and Matt did an excellent job. Showed up on time worked all day in a hot environment. They set up a portable ac unit for us while they worked. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied there cleaned up behind them selves. The price was competitive with other company’s. I highly recommend this company. They are my ac service new ac service company.

Vidal, Jesus and Ernesto did a great job and were very professional.

Vidal was very thorough and easy to talk to in going over my options. Jesus and Matt did a great install of my 3 1/2 ton ac unit and ducts. Only thing remaining to be done is installing the custom cowling between the unit and house and I'm sure that will be done in a timely manner. Great job guys and I would highly recommend you anytime.

The work done was not quite up to our standards, not impressed with the unit we received. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable but at this point seems to have been a better idea to hang on to our old unit and make repairs instead of going with a new one.

After I called, it was only a short time before Tim, from Fairway was at my home assessing the situation..that's fast! He was knowledgeable and spent a good part of the day on the best way to replace 3+ ton units. Not an inexpensive situation at all. He spoke in a way that didn't feel like a hard sell. Being a businessman myself, I greatly appreciated that. He generously gave me a good part of what was a Thursday. Between Tim and Jesus, they both worked hard to both leave us with a solid product but, most impressively, they had both units beautifully installed the following day. There seems to be good companies and bad companies and problematic ones in the middle in Florida, leaving your situation based on luck; good and bad. Fairway was impressive from the start with their quick response, to come out and take the time to explain and educate and mention options is a rarity and a welcome surprise. The bottom line was a fair price, they're speed at which they got things done, conscientious and professional installers and their commitment to get the job done at once, working from 10am to nearly 9pm. Fairway has great installers on staff. Ricky was very detail oriented and took his time to make sure the duct system was installed perfectly in my two story house. Worked long hours in a hot attic, in the middle of the summer, to complete the job as soon as possible and restore AC functions. The county inspector stated it has been a while since he saw such a great duct system install.

Had been without AC for 3 days and on a Sunday I scheduled my appointment through Home Advisor for Fairway and took the earliest time I could take, which was Tuesday @ 9:30 am. When Fairway called to confirm my appointment, they said they could do better than that and were sending someone out first thing Monday morning. Tech was there before 9:30 and walked me through my problems and my opinions. I needed some parts and the order went out - which I may have had to wait until Tuesday for everything to be available. But after driving around town and dealing with traffic - The tech came back to my house after 5:30 just to put a motor in so I could have some cool air for the night and would return the following morning to finish the rest. Thanks Fairway!

Family. Human. Caring. Thorough. Goes the extra 10 miles. Does what they say they'll do. Best experience I have ever had with a company and it's people. What many consumers forget is that the company didn't break your whatever doodad, and you aren't the only customer and "things" happen. Be realistic!!! But these people are amazing!!!

They had to replace the entire system and they went above and beyond keeping the old system working until they were able to complete the install.
