Oscar,Fernando and Mr. Cruz,were thorough,identified the problem and fixed it. The secretary was courteous and answered the call late at night.They are now my ac people.

The service tech did a leak test, that I did not ok, and was charged over $800.00. I will never use them again. I feel that they did everything to "pad" the bill. I had 2 other companies come out to price a new system and they both said that I was "hosed" when it came to what I paid for the service. I'm surprised and upset that home advisor recommended this company and lets them on their site. I only used them because home advisor had them so highly recommended and even called them for me. If this is the kind of companies that home advisor will be using, I don't think I'll be using them anymore.

Super fast and they know how to do the work. They are very good to work with. The price was high compared to others but you can t have great work for a low cost. You get what you pay for you want the best look no further.

Micky called and came out did what I needed done. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable.. I had other companies call but from what they do was not enough but Fairway came out and got the job done.

Oscar came out and inspected my old ductwork. He found things that needed work beyond the obvious stuff. I feel confident that I got the entire package that I needed. Johnny came out and started the work. Angel was also helping with installation, some of which was 60+ years old and difficult to remove. They were both friendly and professional. I highly reccomend this Family run company.

They were terrible they literally ripped me off about $2,000 too expensive I should have had other estimates my fault on that. however they took advantage of me and I should have not hired them. Beware they are wolves in sheep s clothing

Thanks to Fairway for its quick response to my repair request and flexibility in coming by later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Upon arrival, the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my near and long-term repair options and got to work. My A/C was up and running in two-hours, As a bonus, Fairway offered to credit the cost of repair towards any future cost of full A/C system replacement. Great work. Thanks!

He was unresponsive after payday

They called within several minutes of my Home Advisor inquiry. And, arrived within a couple of hours which was great. The gentleman that came out seemed okay. However, I was never given any verbal or written estimate of what the entire repair or attempted repair would cost. An hour and a half later I was presented with a $588.00 bill for a repair that did nott last until the next morning. Had I known the bill was going to be that much I would have just proceeded with installing a new unit. I called the next day and spoke with someone at the office who said she was going to speak with the owner and see if there was anything they could do to assist with the bill. She never called me back. My experience was not great with this company. Should you choose this company just beware.

I will use this company for all future air conditioning work. They provided an honest problem assessment and fair pricing.

They were great

A very nice person came and gave me a reasonable estimate for repairing the damage that World Class Heating and Air conditioning did when they installed new ducts 3 years ago that were now blowing insulation out of the ducts they had replaced. Fairway not only did the work only 1 day late but took pictures of the new repair work as I am disabled and could not get up to see what was done.

excellent service very efficient the fellas that came to my home were very wonderful they did a wonderful job they were very nice to me and them knowing my husband passed away they did a wonderful job making sure i was treated like there mother jesus and angel came by and checked on the work performed and they were also wonderful just like fitzroy and kenrick the installers its not kendrick its kenrick i will recommened these wonderful people anyday

When I first talked to the girls at the office it was like they were down to earth and not fake. They treated me like a person. The first person that came to my home the same day we needed them, he was very professional and friendly. They set me up with an a/c tech the next day to replace my unit. I really thank them for that. Best price out there and very professional all around. Keep up the good work.

Great Family owned and operated company. Great service when my AC went out at the end of JULY! Whew, It was hot, but now with my new AC Rheem Unit I am actually cold! I have been able to increase the temperature inside and be very comfortable. Great response time and service.
