After ABS Air Conditioning Tampa misrepresented the equipment we purchased in 2014 and after Kron & West St Petersburg misrepresented our primary service contract coverage purchased in 2015, we were hesitate to use any local Heating and Cooling commpany. We found Fairway Heating & Cooling after our two year old Payne compressor died and they surpassed our expectations! It's a family business that exudes pride to complete the perfect installation. We are, totally, happy with the system they installed and looking forward to a long-term service relationship. They were friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They weren't the lowest bid, but they provided services that others never mention. And, they installed the system within 24 hours after we agreed on a price. Our existing HVAC company (Kron&West) couldn't schedule an installation within five days (even though we had paid for a "priority service contract"!). Jesus and Francisco are honest professionals.
