We found Fabian via an insurance adjustor (and previous contractor who had done some work for us in the past) recommendation. Fabian personally and carefully reviewed the extensive list of work requirements and offered alternative ideas on how to reduce costs. Within two days he gave us an overall quote as well as sub-job costs in the event we chose to do only a portion of the work. The work started within days of the acceptance of the contractor's bid. Fabian insured work crews were appropriate for the jobs to be done; and the crews were punctual, polite and cooperative. They worked almost without pause until the jobs were completed. Work was exceptional in terms of skill of tradesmen and quality of materials, equipment and tools. Work was completed as described and was very professional. Follow-up and attention to detail was superb. We were thrilled with the results and quite surprised the work was completed in only 9 work days to our specifications. We were pleased when we realized we had also hired Fabian back in 2003 to do some extensive tile work in a newly remodelled bath, kitchen and closet. That work as well was outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend or to use Fabian Rangel, Inc again should the need arise.
