The carpet estimator completed his estimation of our home and told us the estimate would include a seamless entryway (that we requested) into our master bedroom. This would require more carpet and we agreed . The installers were very efficient in their work and had the master bedroom carpet cut and down before I could look at their work. The master bedroom carpet was not cut according to the estimator's diagram. Upon my telephone call to Stewart's Flooring America they immediately reordered a new roll of carpet. In the second bedroom, the carpet had a "roll crease" along one wall. I was told that this roll crease would smooth out after use. A few days later the estimator came back out and took pictures of the roll crease. Shortly after that, Stewart's Flooring America called me and said the second bedroom carpet would be replaced. This is our second use of Stewart's Flooring America and we are very satisfied with both jobs. Although the second job took more than one trip to install the carpet, Stewart's Flooring America made everything right and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We would use Stewart's Flooring America again for our flooring needs and recommend them to anyone needing carpet installed in their home.
