They cleaned so well and my house was trashed. So I am excited to have a clean house again. I had a messy roommate that made it hard to clean for a few months.

Surprising well! I was hesitant because I am a perfectionist but they exceeded my expectations.

Extreme Maids was unbelievable. They came in at 8:45 am and texted when they were on their way. They deep cleaned the house, organized everything and didn’t miss anything. They organized our kids beds, our bed, cleaned all the floor boards, windows, blinds, couch, cushions and put everything back. They finished at 3 pm. I did not need to be there and they texted me all details.

Extreme Maids did a wonderful job on my deep cleaning. My home is 3BR/2BA, approx. 2000 sf. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Extreme Maids!

The owner is extremely responsive in making sure you are satisfied with the work done. The crew shows up timely and they do a great job. It is important to make sure you walk them through the house and clarify what you would like done in each room. One crew left a bundle of blankets on my bed so also make sure you check the work before they leave (I really think it was an honest mistake as the gals did an amazing job everywhere else). Scheduling online is also super easy.

I would absolutely recommend Extreme Maids. The day of the cleaning they were punctual, friendly and most important the house looked amazing after they left. We will be repeat customers and have already recommended them to our friends and family in the area.

I have never had such a POSITIVE experience. Team Paola and Misleidy went absolutely above and beyond. They went down to the tiniest little details that I had never encountered with another housekeeper (which made me smile each time I ran across another thoughtful detail from them.. i.e. the way they fluffed the tissue at the top of the tissue box). The girls were so amicable while they worked too (and they worked HARD). I am now 100% a loyal customer to Paola and Misleidy.

This team was outstanding like the last set of 2 but went an extra step and left us little surprises like we were in a hotel....toilet paper folded, towels made into swan like "to go" figurines, some things were arranged differently, but we're so organized, we decided to leave things that new way! Pretty exciting! GREAT WORK!

Extreme Maids is an excellent provider of home cleaning services in the Tampa Bay area. I have been a customer for over a year and have never had a complaint. My monthly cleaning includes the basics - floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, toilet/tub, mirrors, kitchen, etc. are scrubbed/vacuumed/dusted - but the EM team always goes above and beyond by organizing my hair/makeup products, changing my bedding, folding clothes left on the dryer, and even removing stains on my shower curtain liner. I am never home when the cleaning occurs but I trust them to be in my apartment unsupervised. Any text interactions I have had with the cleaners have been polite and professional. Booking online is easy, the crews are punctual, and the price can't be beat (especially with the discount for recurring cleanings). I love having my apartment "deep cleaned" once a month, and I'm so glad to have found the EM team. 100% recommend.

I was mostly concerned with floors washed and bathrooms cleaned. They did that and much more, did mirrors and dusting, and counters. The two women who came to work were professional and courteous.

Extreme Maids is always very professional, communicative and accessible relative to my household needs. That aspect is very important to me as I often need vary the day of the week/time of day that services are performed. The services speak for themselves; I have used several cleaning services throughout my life and EM provides BY FAR the best cleaning I have come across. Although I only requested a 'deep clean' for my initial service, I feel like I receive that each time.

2 staff deep cleaning for 3 floor townhouse went very well. Called ahead of arriving. Spent the necessary time to finish the job. Attentive to details.

The crew showed up right on time and went right to work after a brief walk through. They were very professional and worked solidly for the entire visit. Two women showed up and completed the entire house cleaning in about two and a half hours. The house looked and smelled fantastic after. My only "complaint" if you could call it that would be the price. The pricing is all up front and done on their website, and has a flat rate based on the number of bedrooms - not square footage. I have a small 4 bedroom home, and two of the rooms are pretty much totally unused (they are guest rooms that are only used a handful of times per year)...they just require a vacuum and light dusting. I wish the pricing could be made on home square footage instead of bedroom number, or perhaps something more customized to the actual job site...there are some four bedroom homes that are over 3000 sqft, and some (like mine) that are under 1900...the price without discounts is $179 a visit (you get 10% off for monthly service). That is substantially higher than other companies that have quoted our home, but there is also a non-zero value on punctuality, competency, and professionalism - all of which this company has. Overall they did a beautiful job, and I will be using them for regular monthly service.
