Extreme Maids

Extreme maids were wonderful. I've used them three times and each time they've arrived on schedule and done an excellent job. They call on their way, then the office calls after to make sure your satisfies before your card is charged. So easy and the house looks great.

Our renter (we live in another state) said the cleaners were polite, punctual and did a fantastic job!! They were highly impressed with them and recommended that we use them for all future cleaning!

The ladies showed up on time. They were professional and friendly. Did a walk through before begging the work and explained their plan of attack since we were on limited time. The move-in had to be completed before the movers showed up! Everything worked out perfectly. The move-out clean was a tough job! They were so thorough that the new buyers said they cancelled their own move-in cleaning they had scheduled because it wasn't needed. They were pleasantly surprised! I will say that they are not the cheapest game in town, but you get what you pay for and they were worth every penny. I will definitely use them again! Thank you Extreme Maids! :)

It went very well. The two women that did the cleaning worked very hard and didn't flinch at even the filthiest spaces (and there were plenty of those). The only issue was they couldn't clean the fans and light fixtures that needed a ladder to reach them because they're not permitted to use a ladder; not a big deal since we could do that ourselves but I wish I knew that when I scheduled the service.

Having used many cleaners in the past, I would not hesitate to use this service again. Everything about this experience was positive! My home was used as a rental and we are now putting it up for sale. Two cleaners taking four hours each were scheduled due to my wanting deep cleaning. Both ladies were there six hours. When they promise to stay until the job is done, that is what they do. And they were the best cleaners. Will absolutely use them again. This was for deep cleaning of a 2100 sq ft house.

Great. They stayed until everything was done and made headway on some pretty tough stains.

They were a team of two, which we like. Overall the house wasn't very dirty, but they found stuff to do and in fact stayed longer than expected. They cleaned our mini-blinds, which were very dirty. They took good care with our wood floors, about which we are very particular. My only (minor) complaint is that I'd prefer they not lean the vacuum against the wall. The only reason I don't name the two ladies is that I want them to be available when we want them :-) I get the impression that the owner runs a pretty tight ship, so I expect they're all pretty good. I knocked a little for punctuality, because they ran into a problem at their previous stop and were late. We were notified in advance and could have rescheduled if it was a problem for us (which it was not). I doubt this is a common issue as they seem very responsible.

Together Elizabeth and Crystal worked with diligence to make my house sparkle! They even made suggestions to reposition some shelving which works perfect for the room now. I was very pleased with this service and look forward to schedule future services with Extreme Maids

They were a team of 2 people. On time, great attitude, and did a fantastic job. The house had been vacant for months and by the time they were done the house instantly felt like a home.

It went very good with the team that performed the cleaning duties. They listened to my requests and did exactly what I asked them to do in a timely and quick manner. The did not cope a attitude when I was honest with what I wanted cleaned. They took their time to clean items that have been overlooked from previous house cleaners. At first I thought they were going to be just another company that would not listen and do what I asked regarding cleaning the ceiling fans and scrubbing the tub. But they went above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely have them cleaning my home again in the months to come.

I have never used a maid service, but a recent injury left me unable to take care of my house myself. After checking several reviews, I hired Extreme Maids. The ladies arrived on time, and worked without stopping for 4.5 hours. When they were done, my house was sparkling clean! They asked me to do a walk-through with them to inspect their work, and I pointed out a couple of minor things that needed attention, which they happily took care of. Then after they left, their boss called to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. If not, he would have sent them back to take care of any issues. I like the fact that they charge a flat fee based on the size of their home, and will stay until the work is done. I will definitely use them again!

I found the communication mechanism very convenient. I prefer email and website interactions when possible and the pricing system was very appealing. There was a little stress at the beginning because the confirmation of the appointment was not correct and I thought I would get it earlier. But I was able to email the correct information and my appointment was changed quickly - very user friendly. The cleaners, Christy and Mary were prompt, friendly and hard working. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would have no hesitation in using them again. Overall, very satisfied.

Very happy with the service. Staff was punctual and professional. Got right to work and worked without break until the job was done. House looked clean without the chemical smell. Even the cats liked them! Have been through 3 other cleaning services and have let them go for various reasons - being late, not cleaning all of the areas of the house, breaking objects, not able to speak english. Office called after the job was completed to inquire whether we were happy with their service and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for us. This was a nice change. We had been trying this group on a trial basis and plan to have them back again.

I used Extreme Maids for the first time last week to clean my house. They were extremely polite and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house. I came home to sparkling sinks, freshly cleaned floors and base boards, and freshly made beds. I was home to let them in and felt fine leaving them in my home alone while I went to work. I've already booked another cleaning in two weeks. I highly recommend them.

They spend 3 hours with two cleaners and did an amazing job.
