Upon speaking to you, you confirmed you were happy with our service; however, with your review we feel we didn’t WOW you. We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectation in regards to our pricing structure; however I can say confidently, on average, we meet or beat comparable competitors in the majority of areas for this industry including price. Our confidence is because our business model ultimately gives the customer more bang for their buck and is purposefully structured to ensure the customer’s satisfaction. Some cleaning companies charge by the hour. This model works for some customers until the time runs out and the cleaners either want more money to say additional hours to “finish” the job or they leave your house half-cleaned and take the full price they quoted you. We at Extreme Maids believe in staying until the job is done. All homes are cleaned using a 51 point checklist and our cleaners use it as a baseline for cleaning every home. At Extreme Maids we have a flat rate pricing structure based on the number of bedrooms in your home. You click on the number of bedrooms and schedule your cleaning. Our cleaners come out and clean your home until it is clean and you are satisfied, not until time is up. So whether it takes two hours or five hours to clean your three bedroom home you get charged the exact same price. We want to make sure our customers get the best experience for their hard earned dollars. This is the very reason we have the 200% guarantee in place. This means, "If you´re unhappy with our service, we will come back and re-clean at no charge. If you still don´t think we did a good enough job to recommend us we will issue you a full refund." We honestly believe that our model of staying until the job is done coupled with our 200% guarantee is the best combination for a truly satisfied customer.
