+ -1 moregot several estimates which all seemed very high for just a garage. We were then referred to Exquisite Painting by a neighbor who has used him to repaint homes as a real estate agent. He was prompt for his appointment and gave us a very reasonable quote. He worked us in to allow us to have the garage painted after we had the floor redone and before we were to put back the garage contents. He was very careful to protect the floor and did a very nice job on the project. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Contractor applied two coats of paint which I supplied to the exterior stucco walls, soffits, and doors of my two-story 3800 sf home. Soffits were sprayed, while doors and walls were rollered.

+ -1 moreThe baseboards look good. The garage walls are perfect. They're bright white again and improve visibility. The floor looks amazing and the epoxy paint is extremely durable. The old paint was some low-grade material that was easily lifted by hot tires. Contractor had not previously worked with the epoxy floor paint, but he did a great job. Sanding the floor took more time than expected. To be sure the surface was ready, we decided that he should do an acid etch as well. This extended prep added a lot of time to the project, so the contractor charged a bit more than estimated. His additional charge was minimal. He gets my kudos both for not rushing the prep and for not charging an exorbitant fee when it took longer than expected.
Description of Work: Contractor painted interior baseboards, painted interior concrete block garage walls, and painted garage floor. Floor painting involved removing existing paint with sanding pads on a floor buffer, etching the floor with acid, and then applying a two-part commercial epoxy. I supplied the caulk, paints, buffer, sanding discs, and acid.
