Excellent company!! They were prompt, professional and have a very hard working crew. This was not easy to remove a tree from my back yard the houses are very close together and the equipment wouldn't fit between the houses. They worked from the opposite side of a 10 foot wall behind my house!! Very satisfied from start to finish. Would definitely hire them again.

I cant be more happy with the work that Asbel, and his crew, performed. I worked with Asbel from the beginning. He is very knowlegable and upfront. His crew was very professional and took care of business. This oak was right next to house, in the backyard. And because the tree was so huge, I was worried about potential damage to my house. But these guys know what they are doing, and it was impressive to watch them work. Experienced Tree Service (ETS) will be the team I call for any of my tree work, from now on. Asbel provides a very very competive price. As far as I'm concerned, when it comes to value, price, professionalism, and quality of work, Asbel and his crew are the best.

I usually try to do whatever I can myself before hiring a contractor but this work was more than I wanted to handle. I counted on Angie's List to get several contractors to come give me quotes. Asbel came by to look at the job offering what turned out to be a fair price for the work needed. The crew showed up on time and made what would have been a big project look easy. I was amazed at how they worked so well together. They were all great guys, hard workers and you could tell both Asbel and the crew took pride in their work and making the customer happy. Lots of other contractors could learn from them. Instead of me taking on tree work in the future I'm just going to call Asbel and the great team they have.

I could not be happier with the crew, management and result of the work performed. I had massive, towering old trees in declining health which threatened the safety of my neighbors and actually grew through the power and telecom lines along the street, encapsulating some of the wires in wood. The removal could not have been more challenging nor the stakes higher, with thousands of pounds of limbs leaning precariously over roofs and power transmission equipment. True to their name, experience was a fundamental part of what made this project a success, devoid of any loss, injury or other calamity. This was a job that could have easily gone terribly sideways, and fast, in the wrong hands. ETS was well-equipped, well-staffed, capable, careful and worked with the local electric company to de-energize the lines while working between and above them. They brought in a fantastic stump grinder, cleaned up the job site and all of this for a price that was very fair. I entertained quotes and proposals from a variety of local service providers, Experience Tree Service was hands down the best combination of value, professionalism, integrity and capabilities. Hiring them again in the future would be an easy decision indeed.

From first contact to job completion, the whole process was quick and contactless ( we are in the age of Covid-19 at this writing, so that is why I mention it). Very easy to work with, job completed when promised and I feel the quote was fair. Thank you.

Prompt on giving estimate! Prompt on scheduling for work to be done! Prompt on arrival time! Very competitive price! They provided very professional and safe service. They have the necessary equipment and expertise to remove large trees. Many of the large branches were over the house or pool cage and they were removed with our contact with the structures. We were very pleased with their clean-up procedures. All branches were mulched and the larger pieces were hauled away. The stumps were ground down and extra mulch removed. All in all, it was a very good experience and we would recommend them for any of your tree removal services. A family run business!

Asbel, the owner, is a solid guy and very customer oriented. I had him do some work for me a few years back and I am loyal to those who provide me good service at a fair price. In this case, Asbel was slow to respond to multiple requests but he did eventually respond. He came out, was very apologetic and gave me a competitive quote. I agreed on the spot and we set a date for he and his crew to come out on a saturday which he suggested. The day before the work was to be performed, I texted to see if he was still on track to be available and I heard no response. Saturday came and still no response to multiple text messages and a voice message. At this point, I was concerned that something serious had happened and left a message to that effect. Several days after and after no response, I began looking for new companies to do the work. After receiving multiple bids and at the point of selecting a new company, he got back with me, apologizes and explained he thought the work was to be done the following weekend and that he was traveling. At that point, I was already on to someone else and it was to late. I hate to write this review because as I stated, once someone shows me exceptional service and value, I am extremely loyal. Asbel and his company are capable, knowledgeable and have all the right equipment to do the job. You guys can draw your own conclusions. In this case, I was totally unsatisfied and frankly annoyed because it delayed my whole schedule.

I shopped around for the best companies with reviews and came across ETS. I could tell from the reviews the owner was a great guy and cared about his business and customers, which was very important to me. This proved true when Abel called me and came out to meet me. He was honest and accurate, and passionate about his work. After walking my property and properly assessing my tree situation, he gave me a great price and said he could have it done soon. He got the permits in a day and scheduled my service for the next week. The ETS team showed up, with trucks are equipment. They were great guys and hard workers. My yard isn’t the easiest to navigate, but they made it happen! I couldn’t be happier with ETS, Abel and their team. My house and yard look incredible. I highly recommend them.

This company is fantastic. Asbel and his crew were so professional and i’m elated at the job they did. I did my research and got 5 estimates (exhausting in itself) for the work that I needed done and I’m beyond happy that I chose them. Their work is perfection, they were extremely punctual and their clean up was second to none. Trust my review, you won’t be sorry. In addition, their quote was better than all the other estimates I received.

I called the owner after noticing the company here on Angies list and he came to my house the same day with an estimate. I had other estimates but his was the best. Within one week they had the permit and came to my house today, just 9 days after the initial contact. His crew was on time and they took down the tree very quickly, yet safely. I had been concerned about large branches overhanging my roof and my neighbors roof, but all was done very well. They cleaned up nice and reinstalled a section of fencing that had to come down for the bucket truck. All in all it took them 3 hours to complete the work and the cleanup. I will definitely have them again for tree service.

We have been satisfied customers of Asbel for many years and had him trim our oak trees and viburnam hedges. We need work again, and we attempted to contact him by phone, text, and email. He only responded once to say he would get back to us, but he never did. We are very disappointed as long term customers.

Completely blew me off. No text, no call no work completed.

They never called to even talk about the job!

Sent them a message on 7.20.18 & it's now 8.5.18 and I have yet to receive a response. That's 17 days. The description states: "NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE, 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE." If you have an emergency situation like we did, I would not waste your time reaching out to this individual / company. They either do not know how to use the messaging function of this website, or simply do not care. Either way we cannot suggest anyone use their services since they couldn't even respond in an emergency situation, which is something they allegedly pride themselves on being able to address.

Appointment for estimate - right on time. Price - Excellent and competitive. Day of work - exactly on time. Several major branches hung directly over my roof. Not a single twig hit. Cleanup very thorough. The owner's team knows what they are doing. Would hire again anytime.

WOW!!! I needed extensive work done on an acre of land to remove several old, large or damaged trees and trimming of various oaks. I met with Abel who took his time to listen to our thoughts and to make recommendations. His description of how they would complete the work along with heavy equipment such as a huge bucket truck, bobcat, chipper, etc seemed very organized. He was extremely careful in planning what they would do to avoid any damage to my yard, home and extensive driveway. His price was very reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. Abel and his team showed up on time and completed the job over 2 full days. I cannot say enough about his brother and all the team members, they were nothing short of amazing! True professionals, friendly and knowledgeable. Their work ethic is impeccable and they treat your place like it’s their own. I’m extremely grateful for their attention to detail and they left my home safer and beautiful! No question, I’ll be a regular customer. Thanks for a terrific job!

The owner, Asbel, was a consummate professional and so was his team. Asbel came out within 2 days of our initial call and the work was completed in approximately 2 weeks. We appreciated his thoroughness and follow-up on a small issue that was not their fault. We used them several years ago when we had a tree removed and we will continue to use their services as needed.

At the time of quote, I specifically mentioned that I didn't want any workers on the roof, because of the potential to damage shingles, etc. They said they had a bucket truck, and as long as I was OK with them using the driveway with it, they could use it to get to high branches in oak. As it turned out, they were all over the roof during work (I was home, but in a conf call and could not get out of it to tell them not to use the roof). Also had to point out missed dead branches, which were pretty obvious, and I got attitude in response. Angies list or not, it is near impossible to find good home services in Tampa or Florida.

I called Experience Tree Service Corporation because a beloved tree had become damaged and partially rotted, and it needed to be removed. I spoke with Mr. Asbel Parra and scheduled a meeting so that he could assess the situation. When he arrived, I explained that a tree limb from that tree had fallen last summer and caused a considerable amount of damage to my home, and that the tree appeared to be in poor condition. I told him that although I hated to lose it; I was afraid the tree would further damage my home.. He confirmed that the tree posed a safety hazard and quoted me a very reasonable price (which included a discount for Angie's List members) to remove the tree, grind the stump, and trim the two other trees near the house so that they would not become a safety issue as well. Mr. Parra was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. On 03/02/2018, the crew and an impressive amount of equipment came. Mr. Parra himself was there at the beginning of the job and near its completion. His brother and employees did the work as previously discussed in a very efficient, professional manner. When they were finished, nobody would have known a tree had been there. All the debris was removed and the ground smoothed over. I would highly recommend Experience Tree Service Corporation.

The price for the job was very reasonable compared to prices that were quoted from other companies. The tasks associated with the job was completed on time as promised. The manager and his crew met and exceeded my expectations and I was completely satisfied.
