Excellent. I placed the order one day and it came in the next. It was installed quickly and I've had no problems with it. This company has one of the most extensive displays of kitchen and bathroom tile in the Tampa Bay area. The professional design resources and tile choices make it a one-stop shop for kitchen/bath projects or upgrades.
Description of Work: Sales person provided advice and recommendations for a bathroom upgrade and replacement of an older toilet with a modern and efficient Toto Dalton appliance. Toto dealers are difficult to locate in the Tampa area.

THEY MISCALCULATED BECAUSE THE TILES WERE 11"X11" AS OPPOSED TO STANDARD 12"X12." THE TILE WAS CLEARLY A DIFFERENT SHADE AND EVEN ETRSUCAN AGREED THAT IT NEEDED TO BE RIPPED DOWN AND REPLACED. LOOK AT THE PICTURE ATTACHED. MOST OF THE LABOR WAS TO DEMO THE OLD TILE AND REPAIR THE SHEETROCK, NOT SIMPLY THE COST TO INSTALL NEW TILE AS IMPLIED. WE DID NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ORDER. WE JUST WANTED 10 TILES THAT MATCHED THE ORIGINAL TILES SO THAT WE COULD FINISH THE JOB. HAVING TO START OVER ONLY COSTS US A LOT MORE MONEY. THEY DID AGREE IN WRITING TO REIMBURSE US AND ULTIMATELY THEY DID PAY AFTER THEIR ERRONEOUS REPSONSE WAS SENT TO YOU. THE INSTALLER WE HIRED CAME RIGHT OFF OF ANGIES LIST AND DID A GOOD JOB FOR US. IF ETRUSCAN CONSIDERS DIFFERENT DIE LOTS OF COLOR ACCEPTABLE THEN BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THEM. THIS "ABUSIVE" CONVERSATION WAS A DIRECT RESULT OF THE FRUSTRATION OF DEALING WITH THIS 4-MONTH MESS AND ETRUSCAN'S LACK OF INTEGRITY.
Description of Work: ORDERED TILE FOR 3 ROOMS IN MY HOUSE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TILE CAME IN FROM DIFFERENT DYE LOTS. IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET REPLACEMENTS. I SPENT OVER $600 TEARING DOWN AND STARTING OVER. OWNER AGREED ON PAPER TO REFUND $300 TOWARD THE ADDITIONAL LABOR BUT THEN WOULDN'T PAY. MEMBER UPDATE: WE GAVE THEM THE ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS OF THE AREA TO BE TILED AND THEY ORDERED THE TILE.

Response from ETRUSCAN TILE & BATH
Your member ordered 38 square feet of material which was based on their own measurements. The material was received from our supplier and issued to them. After receipt of materials, they requested an additional 5 square feet and also stated they would need 5 square feet over that to replace material that did not look the same as the lot. Photos were forwarded to the supplier who state range was acceptable and the appearance would change due to glare if installed on various angles. Although the supplier did not view the material as defective they agreed to exchange the material at no charge. Upon arrival of the material the members said they wanted to be paid $400 for labor to change the square footage. Although $80 a square foot labor is almost 20 times the going rate, we agreed to pay the labor less the additional 5 square feet ordered. The members now stated they were unhappy with the original material and wanted to replace the full shipment of 43 square feet with the same material. Due to their other complaint we agreed to exchange the material to satisfy our customer. They then requested another $400 for labor which was refused by us. It was brought to our attention that they did not hire a professional installer and the material was in an acceptable range. They became verbally abusive and vulgar. We have the labor check ready and will give it to them as they return the rejected material in their possession. The check is for under $300, the material value is over $1000.

WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND ETRUSCAN IF THEY HAVE THE ITEMS YOU WANT IN STOCK. IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A SHIPMENT FROM OVERSEAS, GOOD LUCK.
Description of Work: ETRUSCAN TILE & BATH HAS THE BEST SELECTION OF IMPORTED TILES IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA.HOWEVER, THE OWNER WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE PRODUCT IN A TIMELY FASHION BUT RARELY COMES THROUGH. PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. TILE INSTALLERS HE RECOMMENDED WERE AMATEURISH & SLOPPY.
